• Enter A Estrela De Mario through the first-floor side patio, where a spacious outdoor dining table and a grill (propane provided) set the scene for laid-back cookouts and evenings spent gathering with your group.
• Inside, the first-floor living space welcomes you with convenient keyless entry. Relax with a large TV where you can login to your favorite streaming services, a Queen sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, and a foosball table for friendly competition. Just off the living area is Bedroom 1, the ultimate kids’ retreat, featuring two triple Twin bunk beds (six beds total!), a walk-in closet, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.
• The front entry is located at the opposite end of the hallway; however, guests do not have access to the garage during their stay.
• Head upstairs to the second floor and discover the true heart of the home. The inviting dining space, immaculate kitchen, and light-filled living area come together to create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and welcoming.
• To the left, the stunning dining area offers seating for 10, plus two additional seats nearby, perfect for the entire group to gather. Just off the dining space, step onto a private balcony to enjoy the Gulf breeze!
• To the left of the dining room, Bedroom 2 offers a luxurious King retreat featuring a custom headboard unlike anything you’ve seen before, two cozy reading chairs, a large TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom feels spa-worthy, complete with a massive walk-in shower, dual vanities with his-and-hers sinks, and a private toilet area.
• Step into the kitchen, the true heart of the home and the star of the show. Equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler, it’s a chef’s dream kitchen come to life. Fully stocked with all the appliances you’ll need for your stay, this open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the living space, creating the perfect area for dining, unwinding, and enjoying time together.
• The living area features a large Smart TV and a cozy fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings after a day spent at the world's most beautiful beaches. Just off the living space, enjoy a serene balcony space, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
• To the right of the living area, Bedroom 3 awaits, offering a comfortable Queen bed. This room shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that’s conveniently accessible from both the bedroom and the living space, featuring a stand-up shower and his-and-hers sinks for added convenience.
• Head up to the third floor to discover a third living area and the home’s final two bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a full shared bathroom awaits, complete with a stand-up shower, toilet, and vanity space.
• The third-floor living space features a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a cozy couch, and a large TV - perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. To the left, Bedroom 4 offers a King bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a toilet, and an oversized bathtub - vacation bubbles await!
• Across the living area, Bedroom 5 has yet another cozy King bed, and includes a large TV and private balcony access. This bedroom does not include an ensuite bathroom, and would use the shared hallway bathroom. The standout feature of this level is the massive wraparound balcony, furnished with ample patio seating. This balcony is the perfect spot to watch sunrises and sunsets, capture group photos, or simply soak in the magic of your vacation.

• You may park up to 2 vehicles here, as well as the complimentary six-passenger golf cart. Please be mindful of parking on the sidewalk, as the HOA is very strict about vehicles blocking sidewalks. There is no alternative or public parking available at this property.

• We provide a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware to accommodate the children in your group. These items are complimentary and always available at the listing.
• We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
Guest Access:
• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.
• Community amenities, such as the pool and other shared spaces, are available for all guests and residents to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
You're in a prime location, nestled between Highway 98 and Scenic Hwy 98, offering easy access to everything Destin and Miramar Beach have to offer. You're perfectly situated near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Destin Commons is just 3 miles away, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only 2.5 miles from the home. You'll be just a short walk (less than half a mile) from the gated beach access exclusive to our community, putting your toes in the sand in no time! Several public beach access points are also nearby and easily reachable by golf cart.
Getting Around:
• We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

Destin FL (VPS) - 20 miles
Panama City FL (ECP) - 46 miles
Pensacola FL (PNS) - 81 miles
Other Things to Note:
• A Estrela De Mario is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs.
• Golf cart is not available for use for those 25 years or younger. Valid Insurance & Drivers License are required.
• We provide beach towels for guest use during your stay.
• While we don't provide items like beach chairs, toys, or coolers, guests occasionally leave some behind for others to enjoy.
