Excellent stay at Miramar Beach!

This place was wonderful! Plenty of space in the house, very nice setup for everyone to have fun! Not too far from beach but the golf cart was a huge help.

Destin vacation at Sol Experience

What a wonder place to stay with all the amenities that you would need for a large group! I highly recommend this place. It was clean, it had plenty of space, and worked beautifully for our large group. The motorized gator which was available for us to use was a nice touch. Would definitely go back!

Management was wonderful to deal with. Property exceeded all expectations. We had a small prob with our fridge, which was addresses and resolved within 15 minutes . Our family loved staying at the house. Will recommend to all of our friends and we will be back !

Beautiful Beach House

Overall we loved our stay. Location to the beach was further than what we expected but the use of the 6 seat golf cart helped drastically. Everything was over the top, even got a complimentary bottle of chardonnay when one of the ambassadors stopped by. Very nice people.

Absolutely wonderful !!

The property manager was excellent! Every aspect exceeded our expectations :). The location was great for our family! 16 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. We will come back !!!!

Great place to stay

"Overall, our stay at the house was fantastic. The location was excellent, amenities were top-notch, and the house was impeccably clean. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting that the pictures may give the impression that the pool and sitting areas are in the backyard of the house, when in fact they are part of a community pool. Despite this slight discrepancy, we still enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend it!"

Family vacation

The house was spacious and well stocked. Our experience was just as the pictures showed the house. The community pool is a little small for the houses that share it, but very easy and short walk to it. The house is a perfect location to the grocery store, shopping, and the beach. We had a wonderful time at this house and would be back. It was perfect for a large family gathering with multiple adults and children, everyone having their own space and bathroom.

Miramar Beach House

We had fun. There were 16 of us ranging from 1 thru 72. Lots of bedrooms but very compact. You could everyone on the two floors above main level. Could have used a few more kitchen items. We cooked Thanksgiving. Beach and pool were great.

Lovely place!

Our group of 8 adults and 6 children had a lovely time at this beautiful place. We spent lots of time at the pool with the kids - love that shaded patio area. Mainentance needs to fix two of the ceiling fans out there, but we made do. We would probably rebook if they weren't moving to mandatory 7 night stays next year. There's not any of our group that wants to fight the traffic in Destin on a weekend in the summer!

Excellent, highly recommend

This was an awesome house and fit our family perfectly! We highly recommend staying in this house. The hosts were amazingly receptive and communicative. Everything was as described. Beautiful house! Modern. The only issue we had was the refrigerator door and the freezer door stuck. The automatic garage door was sticky so we used it manually which was not an issue.

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing stay, the host was wonderful, and easy to get a hold of if we needed to. They answered any questions I had with a quick response. It is walking distance to the beach and close driving distance to grocery stores and gas stations. The game room was fun for the teens and the large kitchen and living room was great for togetherness. The golf cart was a huge help to get everyone where we wanted to be. The bed we slept on was so comfortable and made for a great sleep. The only very miner complaint we had and it's from all the ladies is that there is no long mirrors😊. We would definitely recommend staying in this house and look forward to staying with them again on our next adventure.

Your home away from home

Thank you for our stay at this lovely property. We had a big group and it was our first big family vacation. This house gave us plenty of space and more. We had a few cooks in our group so it was important we had things we needed. The kitchen to our surprise had a big pot for us and equipped us with everything we needed and more. The kids loved the 2nd floor bunk bed area and game room set up. It kept the kids busy while us adults enjoyed the beautiful living and kitchen set up since we spent alot of time cooking, eating and hanging out in this area. The golf cart was a nice added touch that comes with your stay. The kids loved going around in the golf cart and beach really is just a hop away! The host was always readily available if we needed anything. We absolutely loved our stay and making memories there. Thank you!

This was a nice property. Some things did need fixing that we made the property manager aware that did not get fixed. The refrigerator would not close correctly, the shade on the third would not come down so that made it hotter than what it could have been. There was a wasp nest on the balcony on the third floor that was not taken down during our five day stay so we couldn’t enjoy it. Check out instructions were not in the agreement I received so when I asked what it was I was told to refer back to even though they were not there. It was only until after check out time they decided to send instructions on check out in which we had already departed.

We had an okay vacation overall, but it wasn’t because of this property.Our biggest issue started before we arrived. We called ahead to let management know we were bringing a cargo trailer and were never told it would be a problem. After checking in, we were told it would be towed. After two days of back and forth, we had to move it to their business address and hope it wouldn’t be stolen. Security even knocked on our door at 10:30 PM to make us move it, waking our kids.For a property advertised as “luxury,” it fell short. No laundry detergent was provided, the smoke detector chirped all night until we unplugged it, the provided golf cart was in poor condition, the bathrooms are tiny with doors that hit each other, only one cheap roll of toilet paper was supplied per bathroom, there weren’t enough towels so we had to do laundry almost daily, the arcade buttons stuck, and none of the neon lights shown in the listing worked.The listing is also misleading. The community pool is much smaller than pictured, and the “lake” is really a small pond. Parking is extremely limited, and during peak season there’s virtually no golf cart parking near the beach, leaving about a 3/4-mile walk.The best part of our trip was Pompano Joe’s—not the rental. Overall, poor communication, maintenance issues, misleading photos, and lack of basic amenities made this property disappointing. We would stay elsewhere next time.

The house wasn’t overly clean when we arrived. Bathrooms looked clean but not the floors. Also we had several issues with the fridge. No filtered water even though there was a dispenser but not hooked up. Maintenance came but the fridge door wouldn’t close tight after they checked it. Overall we did have a fun vacation there. The golf cart was very useful!

This place was fantastic for our family vacation! We had 14 in our group so needed a place with plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Everyone had their own space and the large living/dining room areas were great for our breakfasts and dinners. Close enough for a little walk to beach but the golf cart was definitely an added bonus. Clean and well-stocked and close to everything needed.
