Prom and senior week rentals are not accepted. This policy is strictly enforced.

Lease & Identification:
The primary guest must sign a lease agreement and provide a government-issued ID.

Smoking & Pets:
No smoking, vaping and no pets are permitted in the unit.
Evidence of smoking or pets will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

Linens & Supplies:
Only bed linens are provided.
Guests must bring their own bath towels and beach towels.
We supply a starter kit including: two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, starter pack of dishwasher pods.
