New granite counters installed in July of 2022 in kitchen and all 4 bathrooms. New luxury flooring installed in summer of 2022.

This property is perfect rental for more than 1 family. Why not split the cost with another family or 2??? Less expensive than having 10 guests stay at most hotels on the island and much nicer and larger (4 BR with approximately 2100SF, 2 Car side by side garage, North Wildwood parking pass provided for 3rd car Surf Ave Street parking).

There is no doubt that the Thunderbird is known to be the Nicest complex on the island. This Luxurious Thunderbird Townhome is just steps to the beach and boardwalk! Morey's Pier is less than a 5 minute walk.

This immaculate unit has two private, fully-furnished decks and a patio on the ground level. The furnished rear deck off the kitchen overlooks the pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful gardens. Large Private Pool, Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool for use by residents/tenants only includes access to the pool house with bathroom and shower so you can clean up from a day at the beach.

This luxury living space will make for a comfortable, pleasant stay. Entertain family and friends by cooking delicious meals in our full kitchen that opens into the dining area.

Complete with stainless steel appliances and wrap-around counter with three-stool seating. Kitchen opens to the dining room and inviting living room with LCD flat screen TV.

The master bedroom will make you feel like you are living in decadence with a king-size bed, master bath, flat screen TV..

The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV.

The third bedroom is decorated for your children's delight with one full-size bed and two twins. A flat screen TV is included so your kids can enjoy their favorite show.

The fourth bedroom is privately located on the first floor with full bath, perfect for use as an in-law suite! One queen sized bed with a flat screen TV.

Don't forget your laptop, unit has wireless Internet capability.

No Parking worries since unit has a 2 car garage of side by side parking. No need to have someone move the other car to let you out. As a special bonus I have included a North Wildwood parking pass that lets you park at most metered spots in North Wildwood. This allows parking for 3 vehicles.

The remaining rental balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Very satisfied family

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Thunderbird Oasis condo. The condo was beautiful and spacious plus the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and so relaxing. After vacationing in Wildwood for many years, this was the best condo at the beach in which we have ever stayed. The property was clean and very well maintained and its location was so convenient to the beach and boardwalk attractions. Sleeping arrangements worked out well as my husband and I (grandma and grandpa) slept on the first floor and the rest of the family with their children slept upstairs. It was like we had our own private suite. There were never any bathroom issues as each bedroom had their own bath. Mike, the owner, is very thoughtful, professional and accommodating. We certainly enjoyed all the amenities he provides. When we returned home, we immediately booked for next year. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

My family and my sister's...

My family and my sister's family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhouse! We actually stayed at a different unit in the same complex two years ago. Because we loved being so close to the beach/boardwalk, enjoyed the pool and HUGE hottub, and were impressed with the complex itself, I looked to stay in the Thunderbird again this year when it was time to make our vacation plans! However, we found this unit to be even better than the one we stayed in previously! The ground floor offered a different layout with a private bedroom and bathroom suite, the dining and living areas each allowed plenty of seating for the ten of us, and there were enough TVs to keep everyone happy! The owners even provided many unexpected amenities, such as a Wii, a selection of movies, and keypad locks for both the garage and front door. (Everyone (even our older kids) could come and go as their plans needed, without the hassle of wondering who had a key or who may have misplaced their key!) The kitchen included everything we needed and made cooking for a group with 5 kids a breeze (we ate most of our meals at the house rather than a restaurant). And, for those of you who value "customer service," I found Mike, the owner, to be great to work with. All the communication (email and US Mail) in the months prior and the days after our stay was unbelievably prompt and helpful. I especially appreciated his phone call the day after we arrived in Wildwood--he called just to make sure that everything was as we expected and to answer any questions or concerns that we had! From start to finish, we enjoyed a wonderful vacation in a delightful vacation home!

Home away from home!

Very comfortable feel in this home. Itā€™s nicely decorated with plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Itā€™s convenient to the beach and boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi are inviting. The owner Mike, has added amenities such as games, bikes, a parking pass etc.. I believe he really wants you to enjoy his home. Heā€™s friendly and very responsive to questions or needs. We have a wonderful stay every year. Going back next year too.

Our family loved it!

This townhouse had everything we needed and more. Plenty of plates, cups, etc. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer really comes in handy. No need to over pack. The place was clean and the layout worked well for our family. Just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms! The living room and kitchen area are so nice. It was great getting the family all together with plenty of room. Although we didnā€™t use the bikes, it was really mice to have them at our disposal. Also the beach cart was an added bonus. The pool and hot tub area is just beautiful!! The location is perfect. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions promptly. We canā€™t wait to head back there next year!!!

Favorite Thunderbird home.

This home has all the comforts and conveniences you can expect. The beds are comfortable, plenty of furniture and kitchenware to accommodate a large family. The owner is friendly and I feel, takes joy and pride in people enjoying his home. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition while being close to the beach and boardwalk is exceptionally convenient. Love this home!!

Great place!

My family rented from Mike in July 2017 and we were very pleased with our stay. Working with the owner was a breeze and Mike called us on our first day to ensure everything was as we expected. My immediate and extended family have rented at the Thunderbirds for 5+ years and Mike's place quickly became my favorite. The open floor plan is great for the entire family to spend time in the living room and the kitchen is well stocked. All four bedrooms were well maintained and the location is just a short walk to the pool and the pool can be seen from the back deck. If you have small kids with you and need space for them to play then look no further than Mike's place. It's truly a wonderful house. - The Lenox family

Great vacation home

This was a very well equipped property and the listing was accurate. Great location near the boardwalk but quite a hike out to the water once you get on the beach. We took our young grandchildren down to the shorter beach between 2nd and 4th. There were lots of beach toys, beach chairs and a chair cart not mentioned in the listing. The extra parking pass was a plus when you have more than two cars. Mike was very easy to work with and accessing the unit went smoothly.

Perfect Location

This townhouse has the perfect location. We walked everywhere, even the 3 year old. Close to beach and boardwalk, but quiet at night. We are an extended family of 9. The layout of the townhouse worked very well for us. We had our privacy and plenty of family time. Loved the big dining room table. Pools were nice. Grandkids loved them. Great extra is the parking pass. Parked in front and never had to move the car. There were some minor repairs needed, but Mike is aware and fixing them. Mike is nice to deal with, and very responsive to all questions and requests. We hope to come back soon.

Great property-great location

This was a great week in North Wildwood. We have stayed in the Wildwood area for the last 4 summers, trying different locations every year. This one took the top prize! We even could see all the Wildwood fireworks from the back deck! The little ones slept and we could still enjoy the show. The location is perfect. Park you car and walk the rest of the week. Seriously, we used the cars twice- a Shop Rite run and headed to the movies one raining afternoon. There is parking for 2 cars plus a parking pass. This parking pass is so great- we were able to find a spot out front and didn't move that car all week. The townhome is big enough that everyone could spread out and have their own space. The living area is huge and the front deck is perfect for eating breakfast/lunches. The other highlight besides the location is the pool/kiddie pool. My nieces and my son spent every afternoon at the pool. The kiddie pool was perfect for my toddler who was happy to splash and play with his toys. The other renters in the complex were very friendly and no problems with noise. We were a little concerned about noise- being so close to the boardwalk but never heard a thing! We are already talking about going back to this unit. We just have to figure out the week!!!!

Great Vacation

My family and I stayed at the Thunderbird for the first time this summer. We had an awesome vacation! Mike (the owner) was extremely helpful and nice. The condo was exactly as explained...and beautiful! No unexpected surprises when we arrived. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us. The pool is very nice, clean, and not overly crowded. The Thunderbird was a short distance from the boardwalk and beach. We would suggest this condo to our friends and family and will book it again if we are back in Wildwood!

Convenient Luxury North Wildwood Vacation Home

The Van Horn home in North Wildwood is very conveniently situated. It is only 1 block from the boardwalk. The home has all the features you could want--4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, huge living room/dining room, 2 decks. The garage easily fit our minivan and SUV. We watched fireworks from the back deck, and our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We highly recommend this property.

Second year - even better than last year!!!

My family and I have stayed at the townhouse for the last two summers at the end of August/beginning of September. There is ample room for all of my siblings, our children and spouses. The place is clean and the amentites and furnishings are great for families. The living room space and balconies are great places for socializing. The location is so close to both the boardwalk and the beach. It's great to take the kids to the beach for a few hours and then to come home to play in the pool. The owner Mike was very easy to work with and called to check on our stay each time on the first day. The addition of bikes gave us even more to do. I know my family and I can't wait to reserve again for next year.

Wonderful vacation!

Hats off to the Van Horn family for providing a wonderful vacation home in Wildwood. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to stay. It was nice being so close to the beach, and having the pool was a great addition. The house was meticulous, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony (front and back) in the evening. It was definitely the nicest shore house we have ever stayed at! Can't wait to go back again!

Great place, great value

My family and I were overall very happy with this rental; very close walk to beach and boardwalk, hose in the 2 car garage to rinse the sand off of everyone and everything afterwards, terrific pool and jacuzzi, lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds. Having the half bath on the main floor was very convenient, and we were happy to have a washer and dryer off the kitchen, too. If you have small children take note there are two steep staircases in the unit. One gate was left for us but you might want to bring another. We had to block both sets with furniture each day to keep our 12 month climber off of them. I would have preferred a bed in the downstairs room instead of a pullout, but we put our small grandkids on it and we managed. We were disappointed that the prior tenant had disabled the wireless modem, but a plug in connection was available for our use so we made do with it. The house was very clean and well maintained and I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Great Vacation Spot!!!

My family and I stayed at the Van Horn's beautiful home for vacation. It was like staying at a tropical resort in North Wildwood. The owner's were very helpful and left us many"extras" that one would'nt expect to find in a rental property like bikes, pool toys, and video gaming systems. Wonderful Vacation

This is our second year staying at this townhouse. The location is excellent. We hardly ever got in our car. The house is great and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed taking a bike ride each day. This was a big savings, not having to rent bikes!! I also like that you can enter the townhouse through the garage. Most of the other properties in the Thunderbird require that you enter through the downstairs bedroom, which could be inconvenient. The owner is friendly and helpful with suggestions. He is also quick to return your deposit. We will definitely be back!

Wildwood Paradise

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? The Van Horn home totally blew us away. From the moment we walked into the foyer it was home! Great location. Easy access to everything. There was plenty of room for two families to comfortably dine and sleep. Everything was perfect, perfect, perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back again next year.

Happy Place

We have been to 2305 for two years in a row and it has become our "happy place". The pool and hot tub are so relaxing....the lady who takes care of the pool is sweet, be sure to strike up a conversation with her! The townhouse is lovely and makes you want to come home and redecorate a bit. I would love nothing more than to do my dishes every day with the view from the kitchen. Thanks for everything!

What else is there to say that hasn't already been said? Great location (one block from the boardwalk), beautiful complex, spotless condo and the most friendly and helpful owners you could ask for. My family (5 adults and 2 childred (8 &6)) stayed here from August 8th to August 15th and had the most fantastic vacation you could ask for. Since this was our first trip to the Wildwoods, we asked for restaurant recommendations from Mike (the owner) and he came through once again. The condo had more than enough room for the whole family and the pool and hot tub were immaculate. Thanks Mike for providing such a wonderful rental unit. I highly recommend this unit if you decide to stay in North Wildwood, NJ...just leave a week for me!!!

Dear Mike, We had a wonderful vacation in the Vanhorn Townhouse!!!!! We have vacationed in wildwood for many years but nothing can compare to this. The weather was just gorgeous for us.This Townhouse is beautifully furnished.It accommodated us all with all of the spacious bedrooms.The pictures online do not do this townhouse justice from the landscaping outdoors to the pool and heated Jacuzzi the decor all throughout the house, you are made to feel on vacation and very relaxed. The large deck in front was just perfect for eating and just relaxing with the family and also the deck in the back is perfect to watch the children swimming.The Vanhorn family truly thought of everything to make sure you had the best vacation. Our family has vacationed for many generations in the wildwood and this was by far the best accommodations we've had. The house is within 1 Block of walking distance to boardwalk and the beach where you can access a ramp to have a few walking steps to the beach.It is close to all Restaurants and a shopping center with a supermarket. And, its in an awesome location to Morey's Pier where all the rides are located. A great choice if you're looking for a great vacation home! Supplying all the "extras" is unique. I never rented a house where I didn't have to bring everything. All you need is your linens and clothing Thanks Barbra!!!!
