The Space
Casa Solara offers a bright, open layout designed for relaxed desert living. Natural light fills the main living area, creating a welcoming space to gather, unwind, or plan the day's adventures. The updated kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a five-burner gas range — fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to evening meals at home.

Throughout the home, durable vinyl plank and ceramic tile flooring provide a clean, modern look while also being practical for guests and pets returning from pool time or desert outings. The remodeled bathrooms offer fresh quartz finishes, updated showers and tubs, and contemporary details that make it easy to refresh after a day in the sun.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is the true centerpiece of Casa Solara. Designed for both sun and shade, the outdoor space features a pebble-finish saltwater pool and spa system, multiple lounge areas, and several shade sails for comfort throughout the day. A large sun shade extends over the pool for added relief during warmer months.

Spend mornings in the spa, afternoons lounging poolside, and evenings grilling and dining al fresco as the San Jacinto Mountains glow at sunset. With multiple seating zones and thoughtful landscaping, the yard adapts beautifully to every part of the day.

Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay.
Pool Heat Rates (per night):
• November–March: $75
• April, May, October: $50
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Relax in the private saltwater spa, conveniently heated using easy controls. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to use it — even if pool heat is not selected. Simply activate it whenever you're ready to unwind.

Location
Located in the Flora Vista neighborhood of Vista Norte, Casa Solara offers a peaceful residential setting while remaining just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, nightlife, hiking trails, and world-class golf — all within a short drive.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750 per month utility surcharge will apply to help offset increased cooling costs during the summer months.
This surcharge is not included at booking and will be requested prior to arrival.

Dog-Friendly Stays
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.
• Stays of 2–20 nights: $89 per dog, per stay
• Stays of 21 nights or more: $200 per dog, per stay
Guests are asked to promptly clean up after pets. Excessive pet damage may result in additional charges. Pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.
Please note: This home is not feline-friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music at any time; doors must remain closed if music is played indoors
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced outdoors from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• No smoking inside the home
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
• Guests are required to sign Ryson's Terms and Conditions, and City Ordinances require a copy of a valid ID to be provided prior to arrival
