During your stay, our team proactively offered to address all of the issues you raised; however, you only agreed to let us take care of the ant and odor concerns. We even offered to bring you a portable AC unit to ensure your comfort, but you declined, noting that it would not address other general wear and tear in the home. Regarding the property's condition, our photos accurately reflect the home, though we take all notes on wear, paint, and fixtures seriously and are actively working on updates.
