The home is located centrally in the prime La Jolla neighborhood of Beach Barber Tract, known for quaint historical homes within a quiet neighborhood. The famous restaurants and amazing shops of the Village are all within a mile to the north and east, an easy and beautiful walk with no need to find parking. The neighboring beach, Wind N Sea, is a short, beautiful walk to the south and is known for some of the best west coast waves, attracting surfers from all over the world! One can sit for hours watching the action of the surfers and even see an occasional whale. Read a good book, catch a nap, or just listen to the surf and watch the sunset from either of the home's two quiet upstairs balconies.
