Welcome to your peaceful Quinton getaway, perfectly situated between Richmond and the scenic charm of New Kent County.

Located at 2901 Walnut Drive, this cozy retreat places you minutes from local favorites like Jolene Family Winery, The Brookwoods Golf Club, and Pine Fork Park’s wooded walking trails. Whether you`re here to unwind, explore, or gather with loved ones, this home offers comfort in every corner.

Step into the bright, open living room, where two plush sofas, a lounge chair with ottoman, and a flat‑screen Roku TV create a welcoming space to relax. PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

SECURITY CAMERA NOTICE: For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property`s exterior, public-facing areas at all times—including during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

This is the perfect location for a house to rent to be. Neighborhood is quiet and very comfortable/safe. A few min down the road is a Food Lion and the cutest mexican restaurant called Julio's. The house itself is all one level and the pictures do not do it justice. The back deck was great to hang out on. Some spider webs but I'm sure the owners will knock them down. We grilled out. Tank was full. We cleaned the grill and left it cleaner than it was left for us. Top of the line pots and pans. I couldn't find a garlic press but using a knife was fine with me. Ninja coffee pot that takes pods or converts to a coffee pot. All required accessories were there. The master bath shower is a little small with the seat inside of it. And there was an odor coming from the drain. I just closed the door behind me. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall the house is great! We added it to our favorite places to stay.
