Fall weather is coming, we're ready for it. And the Rockbrook Rambler is ready for you! A hot tub under the stars, a fire pit for those chilly evenings outside, and a basement lounge set up for late-night games. Inside, it's mid-mod charm with warm boho touches. Four bedrooms (two queen, two king), plush hotel-style bedding, a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs on both levels. Dog-friendly too. An easy home base whether you're here to reconnect or just get away.

When you arrive, you will check yourself in using the Smart Lock on the front door. You have the entire house and yard to yourself, however we are available 24/7 by messaging or phone if needed.


Central Omaha Location. The house is just a block off Center Street which makes getting around town a breeze.

The house is all yours during your stay. You will have access to all the rooms in the house and the amenities as listed in the descriptions. This includes appliances, garage, yard and hot tub. However the outdoor back shed, two of the linen / storage closets inside the home and the small storage cabinet in the laundry room are locked and not accessible to guests.

• 4 bedrooms: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds - Helix hybrid mattresses w/ memory foam + inner spring mattresses

• 4 pillows on each bed, both soft and firm varieties

🔥 The Feathered Flame Outdoor Patio (Backyard): Soak in the hot tub (available year round), fire up the grill and eat around the outdoor dining table, or gather around the fire pit and relax back in the Adirondack chairs. The house is located centrally in Omaha. This makes it easy to get to where ever you want to go. Interstate exchange is only two minutes away.
It is a 20 minute drive to downtown (Henry Doorly Zoo, Children's Museum, CHI Health Center, etc). Only 10 minutes from the Children's Hospital and Methodist Hospital, 15 minute from Nebraska Medicine Hospital / UNMC. House is near tons of local shopping and restaurants. Uber and Lyft do operate in Omaha as well as taxi services.

We're so glad you are considering the Rockbrook Rambler! We love welcoming families, friend groups, and travelers of all kinds. We work hard to make every stay exceptional.

After you book: We'll send you a link to a quick welcome form. It takes about 2 minutes to complete. You'll confirm a few details, verify your ID and e-sign our rental agreement (similar to standard hotel check in). Once that's done you're all set.

A few things to know:
• Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present for the full duration of the stay (no 3rd party bookings)
• Local to Omaha? Just send us a message before booking, we frequently say yes and love hosting our neighbors
• Please keep the group to the listed guest count (no events or large gatherings)
• Quiet hours outdoors: 10 PM - 8 AM
• Dogs welcome: Up to 2 with prior approval (see pet details below)
• This is a strict no smoking home
• Extra cleaning beyond standard turnover may incur an additional fee

Pets: We adore our dogs and would love to welcome yours! Up to two dogs allowed with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $40 per night
• Please keep pets off the provided linens. Doggie blankets and towels are provided, and we ask that you cover the furniture if your pups use it
• Dogs must be crated when left alone, no free roaming
• Service & emotional support animals are always welcome, just let us know before booking

Outdoors: Enjoy the hot tub, grill and fire pit, but please do so responsibly. Always supervise children around the hot tub and fire pit. Replace the hot tub cover and lock when you are done using it.

Accessibility: There are 2 steps to get in both the front and back doors.

Security: For the safety of all guests, the front doorbell includes a camera covering the front of the property and street. We also have remote access to the garage door and hot tub systems.
