The resort is conveniently located just steps from the beach and is close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park. It's also a short drive from popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Plus, you'll have the convenience of free WiFi during your stay.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for convenient transportation. Additionally, you can consider Turo for rental car services.

Kindly be aware that this is a non-smoking, privately owned condominium, distinct from a hotel room. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.



Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids' slide area, or fitness center.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.





PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.

Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.
