Perfect for golfers, pool lovers, and beachgoers alike, this resort condo is surrounded by Barefoot’s three championship golf courses—the Norman, Fazio, and Love courses—with dozens more nearby.
You’re also just minutes from over 100 restaurants, shopping, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing and beyond, making this an ideal home base for a North Myrtle Beach getaway. As a bonus, our condo is at the south end of North Myrtle Beach, making exploring Myrtle Beach a breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy all property amenities! This includes a neighborhood pool in Ironwood right by the condo, grills at Ironwood, the huge North Tower Pool on the waterway, and a free shuttle to the beach and to the North Tower pool from Spring-Fall. ***Please note: North Tower pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from February 1st-March 31st, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 3rd floor of Building 18, NO elevator access.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Charcoal grills on property.
*Washer/dryer in unit.

*Two parking spaces provided in front of the building, no additional parking spaces will be provided.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
