Our group of 3 couples (USNA 71 alums) had a great 3 nights in this lovely waterfront mid century modern home in a quiet neighborhood not far from stores, restaurants and Annapolis. The location was great for our purposes and the view so peaceful; bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling and comfortable. Balconies are so nice! The hardwood floors and ceilings are gorgeous!The house was really clean and well equipped from kitchen (plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker) to beach towels to games and even a record player! Wish we could have stayed longer to just relax after our busy homecoming events! The host, neighbors and property manager were very accommodating, even allowing us to host a quiet company dinner party!We would like to caution other guests about the accessibility issues - The house is down a very steep street and parking is limited. The house entrances are down brick stairs with rr ties and access to dock/water is many, many steps! TV is on the lower level. One bathroom has a very deep tub sans shower. Really good directions should be provided because it's tricky, especially in the dark! People should not attempt to walk on the steep, narrow road. Uber works if necessary.
