This gorgeous four bedroom four bathroom home in Arnold that sleeps 10 is perfect for entertaining while youā€™re in Annapolis. Walking in to the house youā€™ll be greeted by a large floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. In the kitchen youā€™ll find granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a professional range. Throughout the house the modern styling is continued with the bedrooms and updated bathrooms & laundry room. Downstairs is complete with a large sitting area; flat screen TV, Foosball, card table, cardio room and a billiards/pool table. Outdoors youā€™ll walk out to large spacious decks with outdoor dining, large flat screens with seating area, hot tub, pool, and a one of a kind Tiki bar. Further in the backyard you will find a large fire pit and plenty of wood to enjoy the outdoors as well as an outdoor gym.

Our stay was amazing! The house was the perfect location for us to invite friends and family over to enjoy the pool, BBQ out back, play games in the yard, hang in the hot tub, chill by the fire, or relax inside. Dan provided more than everything we needed and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time! Dan was an excellent host and worked magic to get a few things fixed (storm damage) so that we could still have our vacation, and we are so grateful for that! Beautiful property with everything you need and want. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard oasis and the basement / rec room. Such a blast as a family. We are already talking about going back!

We had a very relaxing stay. The outside space is thoughtfully designed and the pool is wonderful. The house is well stocked with every thing you might want for your stay. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

The property is beautiful with plenty of room and all available amenities. My granddaughter was in love with the outside area and of course, the pool!!! Everything was just as listed, and we spent a great deal of time enjoying the outside. Thank you Dan for your hospitality and always communicating during our stay. It was wonderful!!

Family wedding

Stayed for 4 nights. The house and grounds are fantastic.Unfortunately, we had a lot of reinsuring our stay and didn't get to make full use of the outdoor areas. The pool and fire pit looked like such fun! Highly recommend.

We had our wedding here! It was absolutely perfect! The host was great; he was extremely communicative and pleasant. The house is beautiful, deck and yard are amazing. There is so much to do in this place; the host named it the "Annapolis Entertainment Complex" for a very good reason! Aside from all the space, and games, and pool, and hot tub, its also every type of coffee maker you could want (very important for us). The master bed is super comfortable (and check out that tub in the master bath!), but if you've got someone who has a thing against super soft comfortable beds, the one on the main floor is more firm. We want to come back here again, just the two of us, so we can spend more time enjoying everything this place has to offer!

Relaxing Family Getaway

The house was comfortable and quiet. The outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for, spacious and relaxing. The very well decorated home was not the most young kid and toddler friendly. Other than that caveat, I recommend the home for a relaxing trip with close access to Annapolis and all itā€™s offerings.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this location for our son's wedding weekend. It was beautiful and spacious, and in a perfect location for both downtown Annapolis and Kent Island. Our family was able to relax and enjoy downtime by the pool and on the amazing deck. It was a wonderful gathering spot for the groomsmen who enjoyed the downstairs game room area. Hidden treasure

This home was the perfect getaway and meeting place for family and friends to come together! The place was clean, spacious, and fun! Honestly the pictures do not do this home justice! The house even had baby gates to help baby proof for my 2 year old!

Comfortable home in beautiful neighborhood

A family crisis drew my family to Annapolis on very short notice. Dan immediately responded to my urgent request for a late night checkin. His home is spacious and the kitchen so well stocked. The back yard, hot tub and deck are lovely. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. Thank you Dan.

Better than Advertised

We have stayed at many VRBO's, and it is not unusual that they don't exactly look, in person, the way they are presented on the website. Dan's property was even better than advertised. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything imaginable. Total 5 stars. Thanks, Dan, for your hospitality.

Great Stay

The property was just as described. The house was even more spacious than anticipated and the back deck and yard were awesome. With the heat, the pool was perfect and there is plenty of seating with many shade umbrellas. The house is located on a side street with very little traffic. There is a store and restaurants right around the corner and Annapolis and DC were just a short drive. Dan was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Such a fun house!!!

From the time I began the booking process to the moment we were checking out, the entire experience was nothing short of spectacular. This home was perfect for my family of 6! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - with the pool, awesome backyard setting, pool table, video game, etc. there was no reason to leave. And Dan, the owner, was awesome. Always checking in on us through messaging on the app and always extremely responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful House with lots to do

This house was a great base of operations to meet with family local to the area as well as visit Annapolis and DC. We enjoyed the use of the downstairs playroom as well as the hot tub and firepit. The well appointed kitchen let us prepare a meal for all our relatives. Check in and communication were easy, and check out terms were reasonable. All in all we had a great time! P.S. The kids loved the laundry chute.
