****Construction work on a 50-meter road patch is underway around 200 meters from the property. The good news is that there is no disturbance or noise, ensuring a peaceful experience during your stay. There are no issues for guests arriving with cars or buses.

Comprising 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining area, and a kitchen, the entire apartment is available exclusively to you during your stay.

Our place has an elevator, which makes it more accessible and comfortable for everyone. There is also a reserved car park and onsite caretaker to maintain the property and assist you during check-in and checkout.

Indulge in the comfort of our spacious king-size bed, measuring 75 by 75 inches. Experience a restful night's sleep on our premium Wakefit orthopedic mattress, accompanied by luxurious bed sheets. For added comfort, we provide plush 500 GSM Wakefit towels, ensuring a truly relaxing stay for our guests. Bed sheets and towels are changed every 4 days, and guests are provided with a complimentary 20L Bisleri water jug.

The bedrooms and living room come with A/C duvets for summer and cozy heavy quilts with heaters for winter warmth (Heater additional charges) . Enjoy modern amenities, including a steam iron, high-speed 400 Mbps WiFi, and a smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hotstar apps installed.

Pamper yourself with fully equipped bathrooms featuring hot water geysers in all 3 apartments, bathing towels, soap, and shampoo. Two small room heaters are provided during winter. (If needed additional towels can be requested from Caretaker)
