General Airbnb Rules

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud volumes are prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM. A fine will be issued after the first warning.
3. Access will only be granted to guests and visitors registered on the Airbnb platform and notified to the host. For building security and access protocols, you must send a photo of the official ID of each guest and visitor via the Airbnb chat. This ID will also be required at the reception desk to verify identity and grant building access.
4. Parties are strictly prohibited, as well as wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they become stained, additional cleaning or replacement costs will apply.
6. Towels and/or sheets will be charged if they are stained with makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to the furniture and/or inventory is observed, it must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the assigned parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be respected.
13. Cards and/or keys must be left in the location specified by the host. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. If you leave after this time without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500.00 MXN will be charged.

General Building and Amenities Rules

1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The rules for each amenity must be respected. These are detailed in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the photos of the listing.
3. Common areas of the building must be respected. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages.

Fines

Violating any point of these rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stains on sofas, rugs, or mattresses: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain cannot be removed, the full item cost will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage to or loss of furniture and inventory: Full item value. (If not reported to the host, an additional cost of $1,000 MXN will be applied.)

Damage to the property: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.

Lost keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
