GENERAL RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors notified to the host will be granted access.
4. No parties are allowed and it is prohibited to roam outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning fee or replacement cost will be charged.
6. Towels and/or bed sheets will be charged if they are stained by makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only use the designated parking spot.
10. Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The rules for amenities must be followed.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the place mentioned by the host at check-out.

BUILDING AND AMENITIES GENERAL RULES

1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance, and is subject to prior reservation and cost if applicable.
2. Follow the rules for each amenity, which are outlined in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the photos of the listing.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damages.

FINES

Violating any point of both sets of rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Sofa, rug, and/or mattress stains: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (if not notified to the host, an additional $1,000 charge will apply).
