A wood-burning fireplace anchors the room, while a large, plush sectional invites everyone to gather, unwind, and simply take in the view.

The adjacent dining room and spacious chef's kitchen create an effortless flow for entertaining. Granite countertops, a striking double copper basin sink, and two ovens make meal preparation both beautiful and functional. Two sliding glass doors open from the dining area—one leading directly to the expansive deck and the other to a sunroom that also opens onto the deck—creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The property offers two convenient parking options:
An upper-level driveway with boardwalk-style access to the covered front entrance.
A lower driveway at the garage level with exterior stairs leading to the main-level entry.
AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during the winter months.

Located just five minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Ash Cliff Manor provides easy access to year-round adventure. Ski, snowboard, or tube in winter; explore mountain biking trails and disc golf in warmer seasons; or attend the resort's summer concert series and scenic lift rides to the famed 5,506' slope-top bar.
Twelve minutes away, Buckeye Recreation Center offers basketball courts, tennis and racquetball courts, a playground, and a lake for fishing and paddle boating.
Just six miles from the house, Banner Elk charms visitors with attractions like Banner Elk Winery, Lees-McRae College, and the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster.
