Nestled in Seascape, this charming 3BR/2BA condo provides a spacious interior with a well-appointed kitchen and a private balcony perfect for alfresco dining. Additional highlights include soaring 15’ ceilings and scenic views of the lake and golf course.
Amazing on-site amenities include five pools, a championship golf course, tennis courts, and 2,000 feet of private beach. Visit nearby Seascape Towne Centre for incredible dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities.
LIVING AREA
Gather for movie nights in the sunny living area, which provides a sofa and a 50” flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals and beach snacks in the sparkling kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware.
When it’s time to eat, dine at the table for six.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms.
Comfort awaits in the master suite, which features a king-size bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 32” flat-screen TV.

Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open parking lot. An additional parking pass may be purchased for a nominal fee. (Please note that recreational vehicles and trailers are not permitted at Seascape overnight.)
