We had a wonderful week in Navarre, Florida—the location and view were beautiful and the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the unit itself was mediocre at best. It had an unclean smell, dated furniture, broken blinds, worn curtains, and dresser drawers falling out. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The unit advertises Wi-Fi, pool, and laundry, but access required passwords/codes that were only provided after we asked—future guests should request this information upfront. With some TLC and updates, this unit could be much improved.

Not bad but had issues

This little studio condo was pretty clean and not too small for what we needed. I like where this property is located on the sound and have stayed here before in other units. But warning to future guests - we had no Wi-Fi the entire time we were in the condo. I called the Vacasa number multiple times on multiple days and was told different information each time…reset the router, there was no issue reported, there was an outage in the area, a technician would contact us, etc. We looked it up and there was no outage in the area of the condo. And no one ever showed up to fix it or called us back. So we had no WiFi the entire stay. Generally I don’t mind that so much, but this was a work trip and had I known this ahead of time I would have stayed somewhere else as I needed WiFi to work and this made it impossible. It was mostly irritating that nobody seemed to care or want to help or fix it. It was very frustrating.

Melissa, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased that our home was a good fit for you and that its location served you well! That said, we apologize for the WiFi being out. Unfortunately, there were two days of extremely bad storms and there was an area-wide outage. Even the local office did not have Internet and we truly regret this impacted your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.

Family Vacation

My husband and I traveled to this location with our daughter for a week long vacation at the beach. We LOVED the beach. We loved the price and reviews, but were not impressed on our arrival. The condo was not cleaned well. There were spots that were missed in several areas. The condo really needs an overall deep clean. Things like the outside of the refrigerator need wiped down, which I know don't really matter to most, but it was gross. We pulled the bed out for my daughter and there were spots on the mattress protector and food crumbs. That was totally unacceptable. The pull out is extremely uncomfortable. My husband watched a movie with her one evening and the whole thing flipped up. The stool in the kitchen was broke when we arrived and they came to get it when we got there, but never brought it back. Every shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the shower was empty. They made a huge deal in the book that they only provide what they 'give', but they gave nothing. The price is great, the room is small, but a great place to crash at night. It just needs some TLC and a good cleaning. It honestly needs better management. When I told them there was no soap, etc. They just said they would let the local management know and then there was crickets. I definitely prefer the locally owned VRBO instead of the big company owned spots like this one.
