We had a great stay! Loved how close it was to several restaurants, pools/hot tubs, and the beach! Very relaxing and loved the beach view from the balcony!

Great view and location

We through enjoyed our stay. We got a good deal last minute out of season. Clean, plenty of space, and wonderful views. Short walk across a minor street to beach access. Easy walking access to Wal mart for groceries and other necessities.

Was amazing!

Was apprehensive about staying in the property after seeing some of the reviews online but the condo blew away those worries. The condo and property were awesome.

Great place to stay

The rental was clean and very well decorated. The problem i was the bed was too high off the floor. My wife is a short lady and we had to buy a step stool.

Spring Break 2024

We were very pleased with our stay at here. The space was clean upon our arrival. The check-in code we were given was incorrect, but management was quick to get us into our rental. We enjoyed the glorious views that were provided as well as the full kitchen.

Great condo!

Highly recommend this property. We visited the first weekend of August 2019 for a girls trip. The condo was very clean, large, and had all the necessities we needed. The balcony had a great view. Even though not directly on the water its a short walk to beach by Pineapple Willys. Def recommend!

Experience

Checked in an hour early and had trouble trying to get in the room but the manager helped tremendously and we were finally able to get in. The property is nice and has all the amenities you may need.

The entire trip was amazing!

Great trip! Nice view. The only thing I had a problem with the whole trip was that I was on the 19th floor and the elevators stopped working. That was an awful moment.

Great location

Property was nice and clean. A few amenities were over looked by housekeeping such as an extra trash bag and toliet paper roll. Also, bring your own coffee filters as none were provided for our use. Otherwise, the condo was in a great location and the layout was perfect for our group.

Could use a deep clean

The stay was as expected the condo was nice but the drapes were filthy with stains and thick dust and some walls were very dusty but everything else was clean. The check out process was off, the cleaning crew basically helped themselves in before check out and forced us out. But all and all it was a nice place with great location and good amenities

Make sure you have a 4 Digit code to enter the room . We had to stand out side for an hour on the phone trying codes. Other than that the stay was great.

Didn’t like that high definition tv wasn’t offered. Elevators didn’t work properly for most of our stay... and we were on the 19th floor

Unfortunately, when the property is close to full capacity the elevators can present issues, and we are unable to assist as the HOA maintains the elevators. Love Laketown wharf. Have stayed on property numerous times in past. First time with this condo. Overall good experience but could use some touch ups. Pull out mattress in couch was awful. Mold noted on shower liner. Grout in bathroom could use a good scrubbing. Needs better cookware.

The bunk beds one wasn’t clean, the dishes that was in the cabinets weren’t very cleaned. And one room didn’t have a tv and the living room tv didn’t have any channels to really view remotes wasn’t working and the front desk clerk was very difficult

Absolutely Disgusting!

I have been staying at Laketown Wharf for many years, this was the worst unit I have ever stayed in! Upon arrival, I noticed dried garbage and trash in the kitchen can, the rugs in the bathroom were stained, body fluids on the pillowcases, and huge stains all over the carpet. We would not walk barefoot in that place! The couch cushions are so worn you can see the pull out bed! This place looks nothing like the pictures. The walls need painting, the entire place needs an overhaul. Laketown Wharf is a great location for Panama City Beach at a beautiful resort. But do not stay in this unit!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience, Samantha. We have the carpets deep cleaned on a regular basis; they are stained not dirty. The room is scheduled for painting this winter. The sheets are professionally cleaned by a cleaning company and rolled tight and placed on the bed directly, so it would be very surprising for anything to get on the sheets. There may have been a stain that was set in on the sheets, and we try to catch all stains, but sometimes we miss them. We apologize for that and hope to have a chance to impress you in the future!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was gorgeous, loved that one of the bedrooms and the living room area let out to the balcony(same balcony). But it was a great size balcony. The only thing is only one bedroom and the living room had a tv. And the elevators the day we left took extremely long. My whole stay the elevators weren’t that bad. But Sunday morning it was hectic with people checking in and out. We waited 40 minutes for an elevator. And other guests complained the exact same thing. Also they were really strict about the wristbands. We forgot them upstairs and of course they wanted to wait for another elevator just to show them. What a hassle. It was a great location though, we walked to quite a few places being where we were.
