This beautiful three story beach house is just a few steps from the beach! Perhaps you would prefer to lounge around a private pool, instead. Heat the pool for just a little extra fee. The house is located in a lazy laid back neighborhood of private homes on the beach. At the same time, you are 5-10 minutes away from all the best restaurants and shopping.
Friends of mine once said that when they go on vacation, they want to stay somewhere that is nicer than their own home. That is exactly what we have tried to accomplish with this totally elegant Beach House. This place has all the bells and whistles. Every bedroom has a King size bedroom suite. One set of built in bunks with deluxe pillow top mattresses. There is a queen sleeper sofa on the second floor. This is a perfect set up for two or more families.

Be prepared for luxury from the formal dining room as you enter, to the 12 foot ceilings and magnificent crown moulding throughout. Granite counters grace the well equipped kitchen as do the stainless appliances. Watch your favorite TV shows on large screen TVs in the living room or family room or enjoy your show from the comfort of your bedroom.

On the second level you will find what we like to call the family suite. There you will find a large family room, including a wet bar and half bath. The built in bunks make this like a fourth bedroom. There is a large balcony overlooking the private HEATED POOL. The second floor bedroom has a king bed suite with bath, balcony and HD LED TV.

The third level has two king bedrooms with private baths. The Master Suite is adorned with a fireplace, double vanity, a jetted tub and a spacious shower. A private balcony off the Master is a great place to enjoy warm moonlit Florida nights. The second bedroom has a beautiful Tropical King Bedroom suite for your comfort. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

Prime Location: On the quieter end of PCB on the much desired beach side of Thomas Drive. A hundred steps down Albacore Street and you are on the beach... no crossing busy streets to get to the beach. Only 3 miles from St. Andrews State Park and walking distance from several restaurants and amusement parks.


Sorry, NO pets allowed. Must have someone over age 25 to stay in the house. We do not rent to student groups or wedding parties.

Everything we needed! Great location. Privacy. Loved the quietness of the area. There is a lot of stairs but expected that with it being 3 stories. We had more than enough room. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Conveniently located near everything .Walmart and DG really close. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. We like getting a unit with washer and dryer because itā€™s convenient especially when you have a 5 & 6 year old. Bill was very quick to answer any questions we had. This is a great place to stay and you wonā€™t be disappointed.

The perfect house for multi families and families With kids. With all the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, adults could stay up while the kids went to bed. And it was very quiet upstairs for an afternoon nap. The little pool was perfect for little kids. Close to restaurants rerestaurants

Great vacation with family and friends! Although the weather was not perfect, the trip itself was! Great house, clean, great location, and excellent owners to work with! The hosts were so accommodating and communicated great. The check in and check out were a snap. The location is excellent for all the goingā€™s on, but the property felt like home. I recommend this property and Bill and Susan were wonderful hosts! Thank you! Would rent again definitely!

The locationand house was great. The property owner was so easy to talk to and very quick at responding. He even called and made sure the house was in great condition when we arrived. There was plenty of beach chairs! We will definitely book again next year if available!

This was our second time staying. We so enjoy the house, perfect location to beach as well as your own private pool! Everything you need for home away from home. This property was perfect for our family of nine. We had two teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room. Since there were a couple of days with double red flags at the beach, the pool was an added bonus.

Family Fun

My husband and I go every year with our two sons their wives and the four grandkids on a summer vacation. This is a place we would difinitely consider renting again. Pool was enough for the kids to swim but not many adults, but that's okay, it kept the kids entertained while we cooked. Stocked well and as nice as the ad said it was in the ad. Great location too.

We know you will love the house location. We have been visiting PCB for 25 years and have always wanted a place on or near Surf Drive. We love the little sixties style motels and beach homes in this peaceful little neighborhood. It is like walking back in time to a more innocent era. Hopefully, you will have an opportunity to meet some of our great neighbors. Feel free to speak when you see them... they like that.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

There is more to do than sunbath or walk on the most beautiful beaches in America. We enjoy riding our bikes around the neighborhood. There are lots of practically deserted streets to ride on and bike lanes all over the county. We also bring our jet skis and go out on the gulf to watch the dolphins. Don't forget to keep your eye out for a manatee while you are on the beach. They are quite friendly creatures. Susan loves the great shopping at Pier Park and Panama City. There are several dive shops on Thomas drive if you like scuba diving. I have snorkeled on the jetties at St. Andrews Park. There is some good bike riding in the park as well. PCB is becoming more and more popular for motorcycle riding. I like riding down through Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe to Appalachicola. The oysters come in on the boats right there and most of the restaurants serve them up fresh.

There is plenty of entertainment for everyone. Shipwreck Island Water Park, miniature golf, a half dozen golf courses, charter fishing, para sailing, boat and jet ski rentals, and more.
