The Space:

This poolside getaway located in a beautiful gated community and is perfect for your next family vacation or retreat with friends! The high ceilings, bright interior, and spacious bedrooms enable up to eight guests to spread out and enjoy this elegant home to the fullest. This home also has a luxurious living space, inviting private deck, modern dining room, upscale fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Spend a day by the shared pool or access the beach via a path located on-site and soak up some Florida sun. When everyone has had their fill of adventure for the day, regroup for a movie on the flatscreen TV or reminisce over a bottle of wine at the accommodating dining table.



This vacation rental sits within ten miles of several popular attractions including the 30A Songwriters Festival, Seaside Amphitheater, and Seeing Red Wine Festival! 30A Pedego Electric Bike Rental is also nearby, so rent a few bicycles and cruise along the coast to find some of your own favorite hangouts. Deer Lake State Park has an extensive trail system for a day of hiking and exploring the Florida landscape.

Great Place

This was our first time, the place was perfect!! THE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS WAS THE ONLY WAY TO GO, ESPECIALLY DURING SPRING BREAK WEEK!! Very Clean!! Very roomy!!

We love One Seagrove Place!

We have been coming down to Seagrove Beach for 15+ years and have always stayed at One Seagrove Place. It used to be our own little secret, but am not surprised that there are more folks finding out about this great location!

Fall Break 2022

We had a great experience at Seaview Villas. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels, cookware, and kitchen essentials. The bedding was very comfortable. The location was great and the private beach access was perfect.

Great place!

The walk to the beach was shaded which is nice. There is only 1 key card for beach access which is very inconvenient. The bunk room is tight. Overall good condo. We enjoyed our stay

Great place.

We made it work but in pictures there were 2 bunks with queen bottom. It was changed out for 2 double beds.

Fantastic

What a family friendly atmosphere! The condo was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable & a great view from the balcony. The only negative was the sliding glass doors were extremely heavy & didn't open easily. The locks stick so bad I thought we would have to call maintenance. My family & I will stay here again!

Great location

We have stayed at One Seagrove Place before and we are very happy with the building, location, and staff. Everything in the building is well-maintained. This unit is fine and has everything you need and plenty of towels. However, if you don’t enjoy an extremely firm mattress you won’t enjoy sleeping here. It honestly was one of the worst mattresses I’ve slept on. At least the beach, the ocean, and the weather was fabulous.

Proximity to beach and Seaside; cozy and clean condo; beautiful view from balcony

Nothing fancy, but everything was clean, sufficient, and worked great. A little crowded for 3 adults and 3 toddlers, but we knew that going in, and it wasn’t a problem since there are 2 bathrooms and a pullout couch. Grounds are great with pool, outside showers, and direct beach access. Fantastic view of the beach from 11th floor. Only real negative is the parking lot - each section of it is one-way with a dead end, so you have to reverse all the way out if there are no open spots in that section, which was not uncommon because it’s a small lot for such a big condo building. Loved the experience and would definitely come back.

The unit needed repair with a number of issues that we are giving to the property manager upon check-out. We are asking for one night's stay as compensation for the issues.

Dated and dirty

This unit needs serious work. The rental is through resort quest too. Toilet leaked brown water the whole time, deadbolt wouldn’t lock, very few pots and pans, bed is not a king and squeaks awful. Tvs are tiny, I could go on and on. Loved the property but won’t stay in this unit again.

Needs updating, new kitchen pots,pans,utensils. Was not a good value.

Lot of broken / replacement items......shower heads, shower safety handle broken, both showers had back up water, no pizza pan, No sun block out drapes...bdr. Very hot, master bed was old ,lumpy Uncomfortabe. No enough silverware. Have stayed at Seagrove beach over 12 times and this was the worst condo ever. It had a terrific view and was clean...bed spread old.

Great Bargain on 30A

We have stayed at One Seagrove Place several times over the years and most units require several night minimums. This trip was a short notice two night getaway and choices for a unit in the whole stretch of 30A that would allow only two nights were limited. This unit isn't quite as "nice" as some others at One Seagrove Place, but everything you need is there and comfortable for the price of a nice hotel in PCB or Destin. Most importantly you can open the sliding balcony doors to the sound and view of the Gulf! We escaped 40 degree rainy weather in Nashville and were able to sleep through the night with those doors open to the warm breeze and sounds of the waves even in late December. If you want a little more luxury you may want to step up to another unit at One Seagrove, but if you want a comfortable place to stay for a short getaway with a great view at a reasonable price I recommend this one!

Wifi terrible, cookware terrible, basic needs in very short supply

Wifi is terrible! My husband needed to work and had to walk around the unit and outside to get service. Would kick you off and on. They did come to fix, but it was still not good. Couldn’t use the cookware at all! So cheap and everything stuck no matter what. Barely any toilet paper and the garbage bags shredded if you touched them. Spend a little more and buy supplies that aren’t so cheap. No hand soap and the bar soap was tiny. It’s a beautiful unit but lack of attention to the small things are what could set it apart and unfortunately, that did not happen. I probably would choose something similar with hopes that the little things would be much better

PLEASE READ: VERY UNCLEAN AND OUTDATED!!!

EVERY single review that was written about this property a year ago still has same issues. This was by far one of the dirtiest and outdated places I have ever stayed!!! It was about as equal to a efficiency lodge. When you pay this kind of money you should expect something a lot nicer but unfortunately this wasn’t the case with this unit. We have stayed at One Seagrove Place several times and our unit has always been nice but this particular unit was AWFUL!!! I honestly can’t believe Wyndham did not listen to the reviews and change some things because I am complaining about the same issues people complained about 1 year ago!!! Toilets constantly ran Tubs did not drain Glass door was very hard to open Very little kitchen utensils EVERYTHING in unit was outdated Unit was dirty Beds were hard and squeaky Tiles were busted Shower heads were broken One Seagrove Place is a beautiful place to stay but please do not ever stay in unit 1107. Very very very sad that Wyndham (who owns this unit) will not listen to the customer complaints and fix/update the issues!!!
