We are located 2 miles from the shopping and dining of Seaside to our west and the new Greenway Station dining and shopping is directly to our east. Further to the east is the Big Chill (formerly the Hub) outdoor dining, entertainment and shopping center. Continue to the east to explore the cobblestone streets of Rosemary Beach. It is a very active area, with bike/running/walking path for miles along 30A.

Great vacation

Such a fantastic home in the perfect location on 30a!

We have visited 30a for 18 years & this is the first time we stayed in Seagrove area. We had heard about the issues with private beaches and worried that we would be packed on the beach like sardines (like we had seen in pics on social media). WE WERE SO HAPPY when we walked the 3-5 min walk to our gated beach access and saw the beautiful beach without all the crowds! The condo was beautiful, very spacious (each room with its own bathroom) spotless and perfect for our family. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony with a gorgeous view and afternoons cooling off in the pool. The pool was huge. Communication with the owners felt like I was talking with old friends - they have literally thought of everything! The kitchen had everything we needed to make big family meals. Everyone said the condo felt “like home” and I have to agree. We love going to Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas to shop - our place was so close to everything. And, we loved walking to Pecan Jacks, Local Cantina, Perfect Pig and Wild Olives - beach food is our favorite! Seagrove is the ideal spot on 30a and Eyes Above the Waves condo is the perfect place for us! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo and Great location

Our annual girls trip was the best time thanks to this fabulous condo at Seagrove. The location was perfect! The condo is a very short walk to a private beach, in a very safe area, and close to many restaurants and shops. The pool was very spacious and well maintained. The hosts were very knowledgeable and provided us with plenty of dining options, necessary codes, and information. They were very quick to respond with any questions. The common spaces are perfectly set up to create a well functioning area for conversation and activities. The condo is very clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next stay. Thank you so much Renee and Michelle for sharing your beautiful place!

Lovely Condo

We loved staying here! I’m not sure what’s nicer, the condo or owners. Condo is beautifully done as well as kept. It has a great layout / space, well supplied and convenient 30a location. Private beach is inviting and can easily rent chairs or use the chairs provided in the condo. Owner’s communication is the best we’ve had, very thoughtful checking in to see if we needed anything and information provided prior to arriving as well as in a booklet left at the condo were detailed and helpful. Our 4 year old has already asked when we’re coming back! Such an enjoyable trip!

Family Beach Vacation

From the first glance of the property online until we checked-out, all went so smoothly. The information provided by the owners was incredible. The property was spotless and had all the amenities of home PLUS. This rental did not disappoint in any way. My family and I cannot wait to return.

Perfect stay in the perfect place!

I knew this would be an exceptional stay as soon as I received check-in info from the owners! In 15 years of renting on 30A, we’ve never had such thorough, attentive, easy to reach hosts! The instructions, gate codes and info about the condo were all clearly laid out for us. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless and felt very fresh. The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of seating in the family room for our party of 6! The walk to the beach is a breeze, and I loved sitting on the patio w my coffee and getting peek a boo views of the gulf! Overall, perfect stay…Would absolutely 10/10 recommend! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect location and wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying here for a week. It was an amazing location with a private beach. Very large with plenty of room for everyone as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. Nice and easy walk to the beach across the street. The 4th floor balcony was very relaxing to sit with coffee in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze. Communication was amazing during our stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Dreamy spot Central to everything!

What an incredible property on Seagrove Beach! The condo is spacious and laid out in such a way multiple families could be accommodated with ease. Being on the top floor is such an asset—you can see above all the beachfront homes straight onto the ocean—stunning views from multiple windows throughout the home. Condo was clean and very well appointed with amenities (kitchen and cooking gear, towels, beach gear, etc) In a small, gated community so it felt private, safe and not crowded at the pool! Any (very minor) thing that came up was attended to immediately and the owners were great to communicate with! Would highly recommend!

Great place - would highly recommend

Condo is super comfortable for 4 adults plus kids. We had everything we needed for meals at home and for a day at the beach. Beach was super close - a 5 minute walk. And they were so easy to work with - excellent communication. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Villa

This villa was perfect for our family. The owners have made sure their guests have all the amenities needed for their stay. The kitchen was stocked for all our cooking needs, nice beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The location was great -- only a short walk to the beach. One of the benefits of this villa is that there are only 2 families on each floor. There is no waiting on the elevator. Most importantly, Renee and Michelle were so prompt in responding to any questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. They were by far the best hosts we have ever had. You feel comfort in knowing that they are right there for you if you need anything. We can't wait to return to your beautiful home.

Perfection!

This condo was amazing! Very clean when we arrived and spacious for two families of four. Beach was close and pool was great. Nothing seemed too crowded like other beaches and areas. Condo well stocked with kitchen supplies and blankets/pillows. Owners were quick to answer via text anything we wanted to ask. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo and great location!

We had the best week at this beautiful, spacious condo! It is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you need. The owners are wonderful to work with and give you all instructions you need for a great week! Short walk across the street to the beach and we used our rental bikes a lot to explore the town! Stay That Way, LLC is a partnership between myself, Renee' Harmon, and my sister Michelle Bacot. We live in Jonesboro, Arkansas and just bought this home in 2019. We have always vacationed in the area, and dreamed of having our own home at the beach. After losing both or our parents in 2018, we decided that time is too precious to wait another day. We feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful, spacious unit to enjoy spending time with our family and friends.

The units are quite large, 2200 sq ft - almost as large as the homes in the area. The condo building is beautiful, well made with quality materials and well maintained. The property is very close to the beach. There is also a pool that is heated early spring and fall. The rooms are large and although we come here to get together we also have the room to spread out. The beach is easy access and is rarely crowded as some of the other beaches in the area can be. It also has chair rental service which is great. It is in the heart of 30A, close to many restaurants, activities and shopping, but also not in a congested crowed area... a little more quiet and relaxing when needed.

Location, Beach Access and amenities makes the Villas at Seagrove a great place to stay. As for our 4th floor unit, we really enjoy having a view out to the Gulf. It is a great place to start your morning and great way to start your evenings.
