The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, wonderfully decorated, colorful rental unit include upgraded granite countertops, new cabinets, and appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The primary bath has a tub while the second bath has a walk-in shower. The living room has a TV, CD stereo system, VCR and a DVD player. The primary bedroom has a TV with a DVD player and a guest bedroom has a TV, VCR and a DVD player.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Facility is old, and shows it age. The unit was clean with ample bath towels etc…no hot water in the kitchen, balcony door didn’t lock.Overall, not a bad stay.

Fun Girls' Trip!

This product was perfect for our girls' trip (there were 4 of us)! Right on the beach, right over the pool, super easy access to everything! We'll definitely rent this condo again.

Baseball week

Great property for some fun in the sun on the beach while playing World Series Baseball tournament. Definitely want to return when we can just relax.

Very Relaxing Stay

We were very satisfied with the unit we stayed in. It was comfortable and very clean. All of the appliances and the air conditioning worked as they were supposed to. The view from our balcony was great. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

Perfect for our family vacation

This was our 14th visit to the Destin/Ft Walton area. We have stayed in many different condos over the years. This one met our needs perfectly, providing the space we needed, as well as a beautiful ocean view. We were on the second floor above the pool, which initially concerned me due to worrying about the noise from the pool area. But we could not hear anything when inside the condo. We would definitely return to this condo.

Clean & good communication

Property was clean. Very spacious. Being above the pool was a little loud but it was a last minute rental. The master toilet flush would get hung so had to constantly go back & jiggle the handle to get water to stop running. Door code didn’t work on our last day & had to call to get a new code but mngmnt picked right up. All in all a good short stay at the beach.

Nice, but dirty.

We loved the overall location and condo set up but were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The manager offered to send housekeeping back, but we had already brought all our things in. There were issues with the coffee makers, but the manager sent a brand new one within thirty minutes! Talk about service! We would love to come back as long as it’s cleaner.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great location right on the beach with beautiful views. The unit and property were clean and quiet. The only noise was from people at the pool which is directly below the unit so when you are in the unit you will hear people at pool; but we were out at the beach or gone most of the time, plus pool closed at 10:00, so no big deal. The unit had everything necessary in the kitchen for cooking/eating but could use a few more spoons, as there were only 4 small teaspoons. The unit was clean and nice, but it could use a few minor repairs…a little water damage around shower wall, dated/old bathroom fixtures, baseboards need repainting in some areas, corners of walls a little beat up in higher traffic areas, etc…But overall a great condo for the price. Another fun plus was the pickleball/tennis court, as our kids love playing pickleball. We were also very pleased with the communication from rental company. They sent several messages making sure everything was ok. Overall we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Great room but needed some attention to dishwasher and sink

Overall this was a great room. Had everything that was advertised. Great location for anyone that wants immediate beach access. Easy access to property and room. Everything provided remotely so you can get in the room immediately after check-in. Two chairs and an umbrella were included, which was greatly appreciated and was used multiple times throughout the week. Was perfect location for a beach wedding since public access is right next door. Only issue was a foul smell from the dishwasher and sink. Pipes need to be cleaned. Small items to note is that one trash can did not have a lid and the other had a broken lid. Also note that main bedroom gets flooded by pool lights all night long so don’t pick this one if you are sensitive to light when sleeping. With that being said, we would stay at this property and in this room again.

FRUSTRATING....

When booking this trip we cancelled our first room because there was no balcony access do to some construction. I communicated with the owner to make sure that we would have access to the balcony in this room. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. We arrived on the date of check in, there was construction going on all over the property. Very noisy, the condo we were given was not the condo we booked and the balcony was closed. I called to check on the reasoning for that, he said it was owner discretion and he said that typically meant they were staying in it. I don't have a clue if that was the reason but the whole situation was frustrating because we specifically requested we have a balcony that was accessible. This property had way too much construction going on to be staying in it for the price we paid. Had I known there was that much construction we wouldn't have chosen that property to begin with. The young man at the front desk was amazing. He immediately found us another property up the street that fit our needs and had it ready to go within a few hours. The transition was a bit of a pain, since we had already purchased groceries and such but we made it work and the switch was well worth it. This was my first time using VRBO and I was not impressed. I feel like they had more fees than just contacting a property and booking right from them. I will definitely be doing a lot more research from now one before booking anything.
