Our Beach Home/Gulf Front complex/Heated Pool in pool season /Private beach

Our beach home is a 2 bedroom, 2 1//2 bath town home located on the white sands of Navarre Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre Beach is located on Santa Rosa Island, a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico and just minutes from Gulf Islands National Seashore.

The unit has a master bedroom with a queen bed and bath (tub and shower). The 2nd bedroom has two full beds. The bedrooms are separated with another full bath (shower). Both bedrooms have televisions so everyone can watch what they want! Of course, linens are provided.

The kitchen has a table to seat six and a bar. It is stocked with necessities for your week to include microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender.

There is a living area that leads to a small fenced-in back yard in which you can store all the kid's beach stuff! There is a table on the back patio. A powder room, half bath, is on the main floor.

The unit is decorated in light, 'beachy' colors and has a cottage feel. It is open and airy as it is an end unit with windows on the side! You can view the water from the little window at the top of our stairs. This shows you how close you are to paradise! See the picture.

It is a great unit for a family in that the parking is reserved and directly in front of the unit. Also, a washer and dryer is there for your convenience.

Turn right out the front door and you are just steps from the walkover to the beach. Turn left and you are right at the heated pool. (Pool is heated March through October only) If you have been to Sugar Beach, we are the closest two bedroom to the ocean!

Navarre is know as 'Florida's Best Kept Secret,' and we consider our beach home the next best 'secret.' We would love to share it with you and make your vacation something to remember!

'Seas the day' and try a vacation with us! It will 'shorely' be a wonderful experience.

So much fun!

This is our second time staying in this unit. Everything was great. We love the beach. Can’t wait to go back. We were able to check in early and they contacted us to make sure our stay was going good.

This place was so convenient to the beach. It was so easy getting the family including toddlers to the sandy shores! The townhouse has everything you need for your stay. The host Angela was so quick to respond to me. We asked to extend our stay twice and she accommodated us without hesitation. It has the comfiest beds I have ever slept in, too! Thanks again Angie!

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back! We absolutely love Navarre Beach and we love the comfort of staying in a condo. Great Location!

This was the second time our family of four has stayed in this property when visiting Navarre. It's a no-frills townhome that has everything you need, unbeatable location to the beach, and at the right price. This will continue to be one of the first properties we check for our annual trip to Navarre.

Summer Beach Trip

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and close to the beach! Love the shower and hose right outside to clean up beach toys and feet! The pool was great on the double red flag day. I would recommend this townhouse for families looking for a beach trip!

We have stayed here multiple time and have always enjoyed our stay. The condo is in the perfect location and easy access to beach. I’ve never had to buy extra things to stay here, all our needs were met. The property owner has always worked with us if something came up. Would recommend to anyone for short stay or longer.

We had a great time. The condo was larger than we expected and well stocked with amenities. Right on the beach. The pool was heated for those days when it was too chilly to go to the beach. Navarre is a great location close to Pensacola and Destin for day trips. We would stay again.

Paradise for families

This townhome is perfection for comfort, close beach access, and relaxation. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and have never had such a short, easy walk to the beach. Shower & hose out front made sand removal a breeze. The emerald coast is beautiful and this stretch of beaches is absolute paradise. 10/10 recommend!

Great Stay!

My family has stayed in these condo units for several years now, and we were excited to get the unit closest to the beach this year! The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. While our stay was fantastic, it's worth noting that there were no beach chairs or beach towels provided, as we've found in the other units. So, I would recommend future guests bring their own to fully enjoy the beautiful beach. Despite this minor consideration, our overall experience was absolutely wonderful. We LOVE Sugar Beach and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere.

Spring break 23'

The property listing was accurate and the owner was excellent with communication. Some other reviewers complained about not having extra toilet paper or amenities so I came prepared with my own paper towels and such. People complain about little things but the truth is, you get what you pay for. This little townhome is smaller, older , may need some updates but it was perfect for what we needed within the price range. It was great distance to the beach and pool. It met my expectations.

WE loved the fact that it was the closest unit to the beach. The unit worked well for us. The internet connection is terrible. We were unable to watch the living room TV, no cable connected to that TV, movie channels would not work due to internet connection. The outside grill needs some TLC, new grate for sure. The AC is excellent, beds comfortable. Hope to return again in future.

One minute walk to beach was fantastic, but the overall cleanliness was a 3/10.

The Basics inside the condo, countertops, toilet, showers, etc., were clean, but all of the extras, doors, walls, baseboards, light switches, etc., were filthy, and there was a stench in the air. I also had an issue with getting into the condo initially, and after leaving a voicemail, I had to wait for the owner to call me back to give me the correct code because she wrote down the wrong one. Since I spent most of my time on the beach, I had a good stay, but I would not recommend this condo to a friend largely because of the lack of cleanliness.

We are in the Atlanta area. We have built so many family memories in Navarre. We visited there once and were in love. We have four children who are now starting to leave home. Sugar Beach has been our little paradise away from home. We visit it several times a year, and it never grows old. Navarre Beach is our 'therapy.' It has been such a blessing to us. As we can't be there all the time, we would like to share this blessing with others. We only hope you and yours can build as many memories as we have built in our beach home!

We love the quiet beaches of Navarre. We liked the area because it was such a calm paradise, yet centrally located to almost anything you need. With such a large family, a hotel is never quite as enjoyable as a 'house.' We like the space to spread out, and of course, we love the beach. The beach is a different world! We can get our groceries, settle in, and stay on this island for days. With everything needed in our town home, we don't need to leave the island unless we decide to!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

At Sugar Beach, you are steps from the beach. We love walks to the beach. The newly constructed pier is great for sunset walks or great for the avid fisherman. The sound is right across the road for those interested in it. There is Sailor's Grill and Juan Pagoda's in walking distance. Just across the street is a rental place for bikes, etc. The island is a beautiful place for bike riding! We have also rented kayaks through the years! What fun!
