This fantastic location is just over a mile from bustling Pier Park, which offers amusement park rides, restaurants, shopping, and an Imax movie theater. Frank Brown Park, a premier 200-acre facility hosting numerous sports and events, is also just down the road.



Updated furnishings and modern essentials are furnished throughout the condo for complete home comfort. The full kitchen is equipped to handle home cooking and the. living room smart TV is ready to stream all your favorite shows or movies. The private balcony offers a breezy perch for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Beach chair service rentals are available for an additional on-site fee from March through October.
