Along with an ideal location just steps from the sand, you'll also enjoy access to a host of incredible on-site amenities including multiple pools, a fitness center, and grilling areas with picnic tables. From your home base here in the heart of town, walk to shops and great restaurants at Laketown Wharf or all along Front Beach Road. Family-friendly attractions like Ripley's Believe it Or Not! and WonderWorks are just a mile from your door.



At home, take in infinite views from your private, furnished balcony or lounge in the recently updated living area while streaming your favorite TV shows using your own accounts. The well-equipped, full kitchen makes it easy to plan everything from beach picnics to full-course dinners that you can then enjoy at the nearby table for four.



Additional perks include central air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed internet access.



Things to Know

  • Washer and Dryers are located on the first floor next to the elevators. They are shared and coin-operated


  • Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

    Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

    The room was clean and sufficient for two people. The beach view was amazing and the amenities for the facility were nice. Overall the condo looked nice as well.As for the negatives, the water for the kitchen sink was barely more than trickle. It took around 10-15 seconds just to fill a glass of water. That made cooking and washing the dishes quite annoying. Speaking of doing the dishes, they had dishwasher but we didn’t use it partly due to how tight the kitchen appliances were. The oven door prevents the dishwasher from opening fully without rubbing against the oven door and it honestly felt like it might break the oven handle so we just didn’t use it. The oven had the same problem due to the fridge on one side and the dishwasher on the other. The oven door would only open about halfway due to this. The microwave is missing a piece, so the microwave plate doesn’t rotate. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. The couch pillows and living room carpet were a bit stained. The bed was also very uncomfortable. My wife didn’t mind it much, but I am larger and 6’1 and felt like it dipped in the middle and was very stiff. I found it more comfortable to sleep on the couch for a couple nights.That might seem like a lot but overall the place is quite nice, just a few problems that could be fixed relatively easily by the property manager. I’d still recommend this place and give it 4/5 stars.

    The unit was clean, well stocked, and attractively decorated. The starter pack of necessities was great. The furniture was not very comfortable; the dining chairs, couch, and bed were extremely hard/firm. The connected chairs & table on the balcony provided a wonderful seating area for enjoying the view of the Gulf and beach. The beach and pool access were extremely convenient.We didn't have much interaction with staff with the exception of security guard Jomo. He was extremely friendly, personable, professional and helpful. His kindness made our stay extra special. I would definitely stay here again.

    Good place for the price! I was hesitant to rent because it was right next to Pineapple Willy’s but it wasn’t bad. The room was clean, a little out dated but we didn’t care. I overly packed because it didn’t list amenities for the kitchen or bath but everything was fully stocked. There’s a bidet in the bathroom just an FYI. We had no trouble getting in and I had questions about check out and called and they answered everything right away! If I had to say anything negative it would be the beds were not that comfortable and the place itself was a little noisy especially on the weekends late, woke me up several times during the night. But I’m a light sleeper. All in all I’d stay here again. Thanks for having us AVARI TEAM!
