Cozy beachfront condo! You’ll love the amazing views - sunsets from the balcony over the Gulf. The updated space has stainless steel appliances and granite counters, new sleeper sofa, high top dining table, etc! Located on the 2nd floor - easy access to beach! A wonderful cozy space for couples, and getaway weekends! Freshly updated November 2021 - new bed, fresh paint, bright and clean! Balcony with sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated with all the upgrades. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Comfortable living room furniture with queen sofa bed. Large flat screen TV with tons of channels and enjoy free wi-fi service. Bedroom has smart tv, queen bed, comfy linens, tiled floors throughout and large ceiling fans in living room. Bathroom has large tile shower with glass door. All linens/towels for use in the condo are provided for your stay. This unit overlooks the only seasonally heated pool ideally located for supervising children. There are also 2 other pools in complex. Grills are just steps away. We even have a fitness/exercise facility available for your use. Sunbird has a gated entrance for your security and is also gated out to the beach so your kids can't wander off and no one can wander in! This family-oriented complex is located on 500 ft of beach-front sugar white sand and emerald water. Seasonal beach service included with rental (a set of loungers and an umbrella; March - October) Additional discounts for beach activities available as well! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). Pineapple Willy's is right next door! Parking is limited to one spot per condo from March 1 - Labor Day.

Excellent Location

We loved this cute little condo that was just the right size for our family. It is centrally located and within walking distance to many great places. The beach is a few steps away and there is a pool conveniently located right off the balcony. The view is outstanding, definitely the best part. Pam, the host, was very responsive and so easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back to the Sun Bird.

Great place!

I felt that this property was very well represented. It was very cute, clean, and right on the beach! The only snags we had had nothing to do with the property or the property manager. We would stay again!!!

Perfect location!

Only negative was the construction on the Condo Tower and the middle pool being closed. We look forward to staying again after the upgrades on the Sunbird Tower are complete. It will be even more of a perfect destination.

Greatly Disappointed

The property itself is conveniently located to Walmart and an eatery next door. The property is older and is under construction which I expected and was made aware of. I was very disappointed that the condo I stayed in was not properly cleaned for a new arrival. The kitchen is updated which was nice and the kitchen was fairly clean, I think because it was new, but the floors were dirty with hair, bathroom shower still had hair and the bed didn’t look to be fresh and clean. I actually went to Walmart and purchased a set of sheets and blanket to put over the bed because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bedsheets. I saw hair. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I also had to purchase a blanket for my son because there wasn’t proper linens for the pullout. If my stay had been longer I most definitely would have asked the owner to get a professional to come clean so I could have been comfortable. So so disappointed! I definitely feel like I should be reimbursed. I spent money trying to make my stay comfortable and that is absolutely ridiculous.

Great location but could use some love.

Let me just say that the location of the condo was awesome! The kids loved the pool. There are some things that definitely need to be addressed. 1 would be the cleanliness. To be charged a fee for cleaning I would expect the condo to be clean in the first place. 2 need some repairs on handles, towel racks, etc. I feel like maybe it was slightly overpriced for the condition it was in. The pull out sofa was bent so it didnt lay right and the actual bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable. The flow of air to the room was nonexistent if the doors were closed. I woke up sweating several times. Mostly the cleanliness. Pink scum on the shower floor and the drain backed up the water almost all the way to the lip of the shower for no apparent reason. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

Enjoyed being on 2nd floor. Nice view of beach. Easy access to beach and pool. Bed was uncomfortable and pull-out sofa was even worse. No blankets provided. Shower needs deep cleaning due to mildew. Towel rod in bathroom needs repair. Constantly falling off wall. No sheets when arrived but owner was quick to respond and they were delivered within an hour.

Great place to stay

This condo was wonderful! Few little things could help such as more towels and rags is really needed since there was no way to wash them, there was no blanket for the pull out bed, other than that everything was great! I loved having the beach chairs with the room, great set up!! Can’t wait to come again!

Perfect for a couples getaway!

Pam answered all of my questions & was so nice!! My husband & I were celebrating officially being empty nesters after our daughters wedding. The condo is at a great location, very clean inside & out. Pool of as cleaned every morning. We loved having beach chairs available to us that we didn’t have to carry down to the beach every time. Location next to Pineapple Willy’s was fantastic!! We enjoyed listening to live music there in the evening. Fantastic experience & will definitely book with Pam again!

Nice location

Updated condo. Nice view of the beach and fully functional kitchen. But the condo didn't seem to be cleaned. Sand was still on the floors and on the furniture. Shower had hair and shampoo bottle label on floor. Dishes still in the dish washer and bed was half way made up.
