The Space:

This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a large square table with glass in the dining area with seating for five. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. This condo is decorated with tropical blues and greens and reflects beach comfort and charm.

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
