The Space:

After taking a load off in the mud room guests can enjoy themselves in this home's spacious living room with a 70' LCD TV. Then head out onto the balcony to enjoy some stellar beach views! The third level's sitting area is perfect for relaxing with a drink or taking a post-beachcombing nap. There is plenty of room in this three-story home to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. Just use the outdoor shower before bringing in all that sand.



What's nearby:

Just step out your back door and you will be able to spend the day building sandcastles, sunbathing, or splashing about in the Gulf of Mexico. You are also less than five miles away from local shops, delicious dining options, and attractions for all ages! Waterville USA, located just over five miles away, is a fun spot with an amusement park, water park, and even an escape room that guests can enjoy. Don't forget to have dinner at The Hangout, located four and a half miles from the house, where they have a huge selection of delicious food, scheduled live entertainment, and a souvenir shop! Gulf State Park Pier has extensive piers to explore (and some fun bird friends!) just six miles out.

Wonderful view

The house layout was great for me and my family of 6 adults. The view of the Gulf is gorgeous, and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, close enough to restaurants but away from the crowds in Gulf Shores.

Great location and house. Had the beach almost to ourselves. Had a small hiccup with internet connection for the first day and a half but resolved after that. Beautiful views from every room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was very clean and access to the beach perfect. Latch on balcony gate was especially appreciated given we had a two-year old running around and was actually one of the reasons I chose this property. Quality linens and towels. Beautiful sunset views from balcony.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home is clean and well appointed. Awesome back deck for lounging with beautiful gulf view. Do bring your own beach chairs if you want to sit in the beach. Located far enough away from the central city chaos but close enough to take advantage if so inclined. Will be back.

Absolutely amazing

Everything about this house was amazing! Excellent location, right on the beach, and furnished with top notch furniture (very comfortable beds) and appliances. No detail was spared, from decor to a well-stocked kitchen. Even the terrace had plenty of nice patio furniture, and everything was very clean. Sitting out in the terrace every afternoon watching the spectacular sunsets was among the many memorable moments we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to have the chance to come back!

Lovely stay in March 2024

We had a wonderful time at this spacious spot for a long weekend (Wednesday-Sunday); with 12 people in our party. The house is right on the beach, with easy sand access and is pet friendly. The location is a perfect mix of quiet, not too crowded, but still drivable for dinner or food pickup. It is far enough from the busy strip that the night sky was dark and full of stars. The home was clean - but felt like a true rental; it was absent of some of the little things that are sometimes left behind by owners or previous guests - so be sure to pack your own salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, beach towels, etc. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Incredible Location and Home

We especially loved the beach and deck during our stay! There was plenty of room for our 10 guests. The twin beds weren’t cleaned prior to our stay, but management did offer to take care of that for us. I just washed them myself. I have stayed at other properties that give you a couple more garbage bags/cleaning supplies, etc, but don’t let that deter you from this beautiful vacation rental. You’ll only be disappointed to leave!

Overall the property was nice. Remember this is a rental beach house used over and over. Would I recommend this house to rent - Absolutely!! One note is when we arrived, the pine straw had a good amount of dog poop there. We picked up after our dog but everyone should do the same.It's right on the beach(bonus) in a very family oriented location. Everyone respects your space on the beach and they didn't intrude on you space. Fishing not the greatest if you want to fish.Main attractions are about 12 minutes away.On the house - master is downstairs with 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. There is a well used charcoal grill on site and it does work. Bring paper towels, napkins, and TP so you have some during the week to use.Overall i would give an overall score of 9.5.

Option 2: The beach was wonderful, but the house itself was a complete disappointment. The carpets were heavily stained and should have been replaced long ago. Every time we turned on the oven, the smoke detectors went off before food was even inside. The icemaker was essentially useless. The cookware was so cheap and worn out that cooking was impossible—everything stuck no matter what we did.The posted “do not” signs plastered throughout the house were insulting and unwelcoming, making it feel more like a frat house than a vacation rental for paying guests. The grill was rusted, unsafe, and should have been thrown out years ago. To make matters worse, there was no access to standard television—only streaming, which was not disclosed. During football season especially, that’s unacceptable.Aside from decent deck furniture, the property failed across the board. I’ve been visiting Gulf Shores for 30 years, and this is only the second time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a negative review. The glowing five-star reviews do not reflect the reality of this rental, and had I read an honest one, I never would have booked it.
