You are on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores, close to great restaurants, ice cream shops, beach stores, The Hangout (home of the famous Hangout music festival) and much, much more! This is the West part of this beautiful beach front duplex and it is sure to please, with all the comforts of a vacation home while still being close to it all.

The lovely three-story duplex (west side of duplex) sleeps up to 14 people. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen.

Then up a set of stairs you will find the ¨main floor¨. This has the living area, the kitchen, and the dining areas. The kitchen and dining areas are open and perfect for entertaining all of the house guests, and the living area opens to a deck that is sure to please. This main floor has a king bedroom with adjoining bath, as well as a sleeper sofa with pull-out bed.

Then up another set of stairs, you will find the top floor. Here we have three bedrooms and two baths. The master Gulf front bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bathroom and a large flat screen television. That level also features an additional bedroom with queen bed and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin on top and a full on bottom with twin trundle, sleeping four. There is a full bath in the hall. The ground floor bedroom has a twin trundle day bed.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and full cable service come with this lovely beach house.

The pool area is shared with the west side of the duplex and provides plenty of room for relaxing in the sun!
Have a large group? No problem, we also have the other side of the duplex available to rent as well.

* Please note that exterior security cameras are installed on the property. These devices are positioned to monitor the pool area and the main entrance for the safety and security of our guests and the home. No surveillance equipment is located inside the property or in any private interior areas.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
