Thank you, Brionna, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the location and found it convenient for your Gulf Shores adventures. However, we genuinely regret the issues you faced with the pull-out bed, thermostat, and door access. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve these concerns. It’s great to know that our corporate call center representatives, especially Phoenix, were able to assist you with kindness and compassion. We’re committed to improving our local communication and maintenance processes to ensure a smoother experience for all our guests. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us achieve that. We truly hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with the seamless experience you deserve.
