Very beautiful, cosy villa "El Camino". In the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
"Villa El Camino", 3-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Der perfekte Urlaub

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und gut erhalten. Wir haben keinerlei Mängel festgestellt. Auch die Matratzen waren in tadellosen/neuen Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Der Außenbereich war perfekt. Viele Terrassen, der Pool und der tolle Ausblick. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an das Interhome Team vor Ort werden, dort wird einem umgehend geholfen.

Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung

Das Haus liegt ca. 6 km von Xàbia am Berghang recht weit oben in den ersten Reihen. Man sollte hier definitiv ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung haben, andernfalls wird es schwierig hoch und runter zu kommen. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es hat an nichts gefehlt, sodass wir wirklich zufrieden waren. Interhome hat uns ein kleines Willkommenpaket mit Mülltüten, Spüli und Handtücher dagelassen was uns positiv aufgefallen ist. Im EG sind 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und eine kleine Kommode für Klammotten. Direkt im Zimmer angebunden ist die Dusche und eine Toilette. Das was uns hier negativ aufgefallen ist, ist dass es keine Trennung zwischen Dusche/WC mit dem Schlafzimmer gibt. Geht dort jmd auf die Toilette ist alles unweigerlich im Schlafzimmer zu bemerken. Darüber hinaus wäre es sinnvoll eine weitere Beleuchtung näher an die Dusche zu setzen. Sonst ist das Hauptschlafzimmer, sowie das zweite Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer klimatisiert und individuell steuerbar. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten, sowie ein Wandschrank. Die Küche ist offen und geht in den Wohn- und Esszimmer über. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man üblicherweise benötigt, sodass man gut versorgt ist. Der Pool war sehr sauber und angenehm. Es wird 2x die Woche gereinigt. Der Waschraum ist seitlich am Haus. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war sehr einfach! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Ein Haus mit einer sehr schönen und modernen Einrichtung, ein toller und großer Pool sowie eine ruhige und entspannende Umgebung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Perfect family villa in lovely location

The property was really nice and a perfect size for a family of 4, nice kitchen and great dinning area just outside with a bbq , the appt was lovely and clean throughout with really comfy beds but could do with spare pillows though , a great pool area with plenty of loungers , could maybe do with a few more bathroom towels but that’s not a negative point , our only downside was the lack of communication from the management company after you’ve arrived no real information from them about the surrounding area and your’e required to collect and return the keys on arrival and departure from the office around 15-20 mins from the property , they just need to step up with info for simple things but overall we really enjoyed our stay there !!

Beautiful outside but let down inside

The outside area and view where wonderful but the interior was tired and needs some design touches. Lots of niggly things that could easily be improved; 1. Towels very poor. 2. No wardrobe to Master. 3. Twin room door difficult to shut. 4. Lots of doors including the fridge door need to be oiled to stop squeaking. 5. More mugs/cutlery required. 6. Welcome Pack would be ideal particularly for late arrivals. 7. Key lock safe with code should be at the property for initial access.

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön genauso wie die Lage des Objektes. Wir werden bald wieder buchen. Ein Auto ist notwendig, denn der Strand ist etwas weiter und wunderschön. Die Promenade in Javea ist sehr schön mit vielen Bars und Läden zum bummeln. Einfach Urlaubsflair. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus El Camino in Javea kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und es war toll. Das Haus ist genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto, wenn man zum Strand oder in die Stadt möchte. Da werden wir jetzt öfter Urlaub machen 🥰

Wonderful location

Stayed at this uniquely placed villa at the foot of Montgo with superb views across the plains and mountains. Very peaceful environment. Villa is fully equipped with all you need for a few weeks stay.

Aucune surprise. La location est comme décrite dans l'annonce. Très propre dans un endroit très calme. La vue est superbe et la piscine sans vis à vis. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison avec nos 2 petites filles. Je recommande à 100%

Tranquilo y buenas vistas al Montgo

Buen sitio, vistas muy buenas al Montgo, Ideal para 4 personas. Cómodo, muy limpio y buenas instalaciones. Cocina y Barbacoa Exterior buena. Quizás faltase Menaje de cocina y Nevera mas grande. falta poder encender la Iluminación Exterior a la piscina. Pero aun así. Uno de los mejores sitios para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Tiene un supermercado nada más salir de la Urbanización, que puede utilizarse para compra diaria.
