Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Check in at front desk, obtain keys with a ID that matches the name on the reservation.
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.
Living Area: Access to balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.
Bathroom: Two full bathrooms.
Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating! Separate side balcony too!
Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Laundry: Private, in-unit.

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, ON-SITE HOUSEKEEPING OR MAINTENANCE.

Routine pest control happens ON THE 4th Tuesday of each of these months (June, Sep, Dec, March) at this condo via the HOA.On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
