Welcome to your beautiful Lakeside Escape conveniently located off Hwy 105 in the gated community of April Sound by Lake Conroe in Montgomery, TX. This stunning 2bd 2bath lakeside condo offers the perfect blend of modern, comfort and adventure. This condo has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway including stand up paddle boards to explore with on the lake, a large peaceful balcony to take in the lake and pool views, or try a friendly game of shuffleboard and so much more!!!

The condo has an extra large balcony, perfect for relaxing, eating together and enjoying the lake and pool views. It is just a short walk to the community pool, clubhouse and lake to take in the beautiful views, go fishing, swimming or put one of the paddle boards in to explore the lake.

There are 3 beds, sleeps 6 comfortably.
2 King size beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
There are also two full bathrooms.

The living room welcomes you with 20ft ceilings, double glass sliding doors that lead out to the extra large patio. Upscale design and furnishings with a leather sleeper sofa & love seat, 65 inch Smart TV and a custom console with board games, books and puzzles to enjoy. Also comfy throw blankets you can use to snuggle up on the couch with.

The dining area seats 6-8 comfortably with an additional outdoor table and chairs.

The Kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake, and provide eating ware for our guests plus child friendly dishes, cups and utensils. There is a coffee bar where you can use a coffee press or enjoy a K cup. Also an electric tea kettle and a large assortment of teas are available for your stay.

There is a stackable washer/dryer in unit with laundry detergent, fabric softener and a laundry basket.

MASTER BEDROOM- Enjoy a luxurious King size bed, vaulted ceilings, two glass sliders that lead out to the amazing patio, a full length mirror, huge walk in closet, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and 55 inch Smart TV.

There is also a full bathroom with a walk in shower and linens such as bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and makeup remover wash cloths available for our guests.

2ND BEDROOM- Another luxurious King size bed, vaulted ceilings, a huge walk in closet with built in drawers, two nightstands with lamps, a comfortable desk/workspace, a beautiful barn door that leads to a stackable washer/dryer and a 55 inch Smart TV with an original NES Nintendo system.

Condo is pet friendly with a $50 deposit for each pet.
Max 2. There are dog bowls and pet friendly cleaning supplies.
NO CATS please due to owner allergies.

There are 2 assigned parking spots and very limited guest parking.

Please No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am for neighbors & our community! There are NO parties allowed as this is a very quiet community.
