This stunning property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Enjoy the heated SALTWATER pool and spa with plenty of loungers to enjoy the secluded desert oasis. A full-size pool table, movie theater, arcade games, darts and more will keep your party entertained. You can also use the red sectional as a sleeping space.

Equipped with a full gourmet kitchen & indoor/outdoor dining spaces.

The property is professionally designed to boost functionality and Hollywood elegance. Get a feel of celebrity life in this beautifully remodeled house offering 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with attached full bathroom, soaking tub, shower, huge walk-in closet and a seated vanity to make you feel like a true star. All bedrooms offer high-end brand new mattresses and bedding for your comfort. The living area offers 65” LED smart TV, in addition to a full-size pool table, 75” LED TV, seating area, and games in the enclosed garage. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen is located off the dining area.

The backyard offers all you need to enjoy a full day in the sun, enjoy a drink around the pool or just relax on the swing chairs. Take a dip in a sparkling pool or enjoy the lawn games (tic-tac-toe, Jenga, Checkers and Cornhole) available for your entertainment.

The property has a strict no shoe policy.

Early check in / late check out can be requested and subject to availability.

EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION Policy:

NO refunds for early departure and or eviction under any circumstances.

POOL HEAT:
Please notify us if you would like the pool heated by the time you arrive.
Pool heat fee: $100/night
Spa heating is included in your reservation at no extra cost.

NO third-party bookings. THe person who books must be the person who checks in first.

An extra $300 cleaning fee will be applied for silly string, glitter, confetti, and water balloon trash.

NO SMOKING POLICY:
No smoking is allowed in the property. There will be an extra cleaning fee added for non-compliance up to $2,500.00 Smoking is permitted outside only with the doors and windows closed.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A $1,500 damage deposit can be applied if damage claims are filed by the host. Please note that you will not pay the deposit when you make the reservation.

TRASH:
Please bag all of your trash and place it in the trash bins located on the outside of the house. Trash bags are provided in the property. Trash pick up day is every Tuesday morning around 7am.

NOISE DISTURBANCES:
City fines for noise after 10pm start at $1,000. Quiet time is from 10:00pm-8:00am. If we receive any complaints we will attempt to contact you. Once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If the noise continues you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any refund. You will be held responsible for any citations issued.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:
We are located in the desert. Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to fog, wind, rain, etc. We do not issue refunds due to weather conditions, rolling blackouts, air conditioning issues due to extreme temperatures, road closures, drivers abilities, or vehicle limitations.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.

Check out instructions:
Please do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please rinse off the dishes, place them in the dishwasher, and start it. Any rinsed leftover dishes are to be left on the counter.

DOOR/WINDOWS:
Please make sure all doors are locked before leaving.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Rental shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgements, settlements, claims, damages to persons and property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorney fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land, including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. All the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. If you leave any items behind, we will not be responsible to ship them to you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

HOME SAFETY
Security cameras are on the property.
We have one exterior security camera that actively records motion and sound. The camera is located above the garage and shows the driveway and street. There are no cameras showing the pool/spa area, backyard or interior.
