The Space:

The living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a gas-log fireplace, with large shuttered windows for light and privacy, flowing into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.



Upstairs, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the primary opens onto a private balcony with mountain views.

Bathrooms: Full baths upstairs plus a main-level half bath

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.

There is no private pool at the home, but guests have access to two shared resort-style pools within La Quinta Resort (we provide the gate code). Hours are generally 8:00am to 10:00pm - these can vary with HOA regulations or maintenance, so please check the times posted at the pool during your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Access to the two shared resort pools is included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for two vehicles in the garage plus one additional vehicle in a designated space. Parking in front of the garage is not permitted.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. La Quinta Resort is a residential gated community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that there is no carbon monoxide alarm at the property.
