The Suite Residence at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living rooms, as well as a well-appointed kitchenette. Sleeps 4!

Literally less than 50 yards from lodge to lift!

Sorry, pets are not allowed for renters.

Luxurious accommodations and modern mountain comfort at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. Just steps from the Independence SuperChair at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 7 and along the BreckConnect Gondola route, this spacious Suite offers everything you need for a memorable and relaxing mountain getaway.

On-site resort amenities include: Sevens restaurant and bar, Soothe Day Spa, fitness center, après-ski lobby bar, indoor-outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, adults-only 'Grotto' hot tub with steam/sauna, private movie theaters and a fully equipped Family Fun Center. To ease your skiing experience, ski lockers are provided at a spacious locker room just steps from the lift.

The knowledgeable concierge staff will help you experience all of the adventures that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. The Front Desk will efficiently check you in, and offers a small convenience store for any of your 'forgotten' items.
Breckenridge mountain has 5 linked peaks, providing different levels of trails for all experience levels. Peak 6 is only accessible from Peak 7! Peak 8, reachable via ski or Gondola, has a year-round slopeside roller-coaster and zipline. The town of Breckenridge is lively and vibrant, featuring abundant choices of restaurants and bars, shopping, and friendly, fun folks. A complimentary resort shuttle provides transportation up-and-down the mountain, whenever you need it. The resort is also steps from the BreckConnect Gondola for a scenic trip into the center of downtown.

Can't beat this rental for slope access & comfort!

I've stayed at this property numerous times. From the decor and amenities to rolling out of bed right onto the Peak 7 lift for first tracks to the convenience of the shuttle and gondola for village access, this resort has it all. The grotto and spa are fantastic if you want to get away from everything, but if you bring the kids, there's plenty to keep them entertained as well. None of the I-70 or street traffic that you get at a lot of the other resorts - you're up on the mountain looking at gorgeous Rocky Mtn views from every room. The staff there is also incredibly friendly & went above & beyond to provide for an enjoyable visit. And definitely don't forget to pick up the complimentary, ultra-comfy robe from the spa to use for your time there!

This was exactly as advertised and owner was very responsive to pre-trip questions. Loaded with amenities including Ski in/out, ski locker, fitness center and a wonderful Grotto for 21+ which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Awesome lodge and perfect location!

The title says it all. It was a great experience for A to Z. The reservation process, the check-in, the pool and hot tub, the proximity to the lift made the stay just fantastic... definitely going back.

Great property

Enjoyed our visit to Peak Seven, accomadations were great, lots of activities and close to the slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and movie theater room. No issues at all, we would definitely return.

Grand Lodge Peak 7

First off Mike, the owner, was a huge help. Downstairs at Eric's was a hit. The 4 free for all Pacman was nostalgic and fun for the whole family. All of his recommendations were spot on. The property is situated in an ideal location and is truly ski in ski out (blues for independence chair are on the easier side but not for beginners. One ski hill is slightly better spot but not for the 40% up charge. Shuttle system is timely and effective but make sure to keep number handy while out on the town. It can get cold and they pickup reservations first then stragglers. The accommodations of a one bedroom were user friendly and kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Perfect for a family of 4. North building is a bit of a hike to other amenities but it's located directly on top of ski lockers which is ideal since we were there to hit the slopes. Only downer of trip, skis were stolen on final day from locker...if you bring nice gear make sure to take it up to your room at the end of the day. The staff was sincere in their apologies and insisted this was an extremely rare occurrence. They plan to make it up to us on our next trip. Once again, great location

I have owned at grand Lodge since 2010, and absolutely LOVE it!!! I have continued to upgrade my ownership because the resort is so nice.
I offer my weeks to other travelers because I live in Denver and can drive up for day trips and make use of the facilities.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is such a wonderful resort. I love being able to get dressed in my room, or the convenient lockers downstairs, walk out the door, pop on my skis, and be at the lift in *literally* seconds!
The resort itself is very well-kept. From the hot tubs to the pool to the spa and the gym, there are activites all around -- not to mention the town of Breck is always hopping!

Literally, walk out the door of the locker room, through the gate, put your skis on, and you're on the Peak 7 lift line in under one minute! True ski-in, ski-out experience.
