Comfortably classy huge home / estate on the warmer east side of Bandon with calmer days and more sun!

Home is 5100 square feet with 7 bedrooms, sleeps up to 16 in beds! If you have a large group, we are ok with RVs (with permission) or tents, and there is a LOT of floor space for extra sleeping bags, etc if required (bring yours!).

GIGANTIC gourmet kitchen in Great Room setting make this the perfect home for social gatherings - family reunion/vacation, golf excursion, etc. Pet friendly for well-behaved pets if pet fee paid ($50 per pet) and pet rules agreed to.

The Air Hockey table, Smart TV, Fire pit, Foosball, and poker table are crowd pleasers!

1/2 mile from town, the home is just 12-15 minutes from Bandon Dunes Golf Resort and 5-6 min from the closest beach, this home is PERFECT for golfers, large families or family gatherings.

Weddings are welcome too with the event fee, and we've had many!

Unique and spacious floorplan - you've never seen anything like it! Hardwood in living areas with tiled bathrooms, granite surfaces, LED lighting - the details and quality are top notch.

Large private patio with BBQ and tables, laundry room, air hockey, foosball, poker table, and lots of space - this home is elegant and spacious, yet very comfortable and inviting.

If you are the one doing the booking, be sure to claim the 900 ft Master Suite as your own - you'll love the huge shower, separate soaking tub, and ceilings that soar to 20'.

She was great. Had some issues with the house but got them resolved. Plumbing problems got repaired. Electrical issue never did get fixed.

Excellent property, maintained with care and compassion. For our group of 18, we would have appreciated one more bathroom for sure, especially with the fact that upstairs bathroom does not lock. Also, downstairs rooms by game area did not get any heating. Other than these, no concerns. Superb place, well thought out floor plans, games. In past I have seen property owners respond within minutes, however it was much slower in this case. I however have no concern considering the fact that it was new years eve. Highly recommended for large groups.

The property was very nice but was advertised to sleep 20. It actually only slept 16. Because it was a womenā€™s retreat, we were not equipped to bring extra beds. It just didnā€™t seem appropriate to mis-state the number of people it could sleep and it created a bit of a problem for us. We made it work but wasnā€™t ideal.

Went on the bucket list Bandon Dunes buddies golf trip. Was shutout of staying onsite but were not disappointed in Plan B of staying in this house. The house was perfect! Only 15 minutes from the golf resort and minutes away from the town of Bandon which had several decent pubs and breakfast places. As for the house itself, we had 8 guys where 7 had their own room. Rooms were very spacious. The room that was shared was plenty big with a queen and full size bed. Living room, dining room and kitchen were connected and open which allowed for us to socialize which is what you want on these trips. We grilled one night. Grill was large and worked well. Outdoor area looked very nice but we did not use it. Our hosts communicated with us very well. Aside from staying onsite at the golf resort, this couldn't have worked out any better.

Great property for a family reunion. Loved the outdoor eating area - great for kids, lots of room for kids to play outside. Several gathering spots inside for games, reading, TV, talking. The only downside is the small bedroom downstairs can get stuffy - would benefit with a window fan, but not a big deal. Would recommend

What a wonderful house! We all loved staying here, so much space for the kids to play. They loved the air hockey and the cool tree outside. The house was much nicer than I expected from the photos, and was the nicest family vacation rental we have found in a long time. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic home!

I booked this house a year in advance for a golf trip to Bandon for 8 of us. WHAT A HOUSE! I did the booking and my friends were all flabbergasted!I arrived first on Thursday to start cooking for the group. Wonderful kitchen. The pantry room has TONS of pots, bowels etc. We saved the master suite for our birthday boy, it was EPIC! The second floor of the house is the entire 2nd floor. UNREAL!That said, there's six other bedrooms. Although, one of the bedrooms is actually the laundry room with a fold out couch (sorry Tim). That couch was NOT comfortable. The workaround was taking the mattress off of one of the beds in the room with 3 beds and putting it on top of the fold out bed. That worked and gave our guy a workable bed and a private room.The livingroom was used a lot. Wonderful space. Kitchen was epic. The game room was great except for the air hockey table not really being usable. We spent almost every evening after dinner on the covered patio. The landscaping of the grounds was beautiful. Several different outdoor spaces and they were all beautiful.But the whole weekend was about golf and this house was only 5 minutes from Bandon Dunes. There was NO WAY we were paying 1,900 a night for a 4 bed cabin on the Bandon Dunes grounds. This house was SO MUCH MORE!If you're looking for a fantastic house for your golf trip to Bandon, this is it. 5 stars. BOOM. Will rent again!

Golf Trip

We had an amazing stay and experience here. We had a large group with us (10) and not once did it feel like we were on top of each other. The open floor plan and many rooms made for a great stay. The hosts were quick to respond when needed. We hope to make this a yearly spot for us!

Fantastic Home

My first time to abandon dunes for my 50th birthday with 11 of my best friends and the house couldnā€™t have been more perfect and a great location near a great pizza joint and the golf courses and grocery store. My hats off to the owners as the home is everything, they said it would be.

Our Family Vacation

We took all our Children and their spouses and all our Grandchildren 18 people total on a Family Vacation to the Oregon Coast. This house was beautiful and fit all of us very comfortably. The yard was perfect for the kids and had wonderful sitting areas for the adults. The lay out of the house was perfect

This home has been in our family for about 30 years, and we are excited to open it up to others so they can enjoy it as much as we have.

We personally oversaw a major $300K remodel on the home in 2011 - it's among the very top quality homes in Bandon. You will be VERY IMPRESSED!

We take pride in our special property, and are responsive to our renters' needs. Our on property 'manager' is Granny Lyn - She is in a separate building on the lower part of the property . This place is amazing, is fully furnished, and has all the amenities of home - and then some!

This property has been in our family for nearly over 30 years. The property was sold by Gramps several years go, but was reacquired by us about 4 years later - we were so happy to get it back in the family.

Carl grew up on this property, and we've raised our family here- so it's special to us! The property is great because you are close to everything but out of the wind and fog. Bates Road is perfect - less than a half mile from town on a paved, dead-end county-maintained road - perfect! The property is situated so it has a very private backyard, and gets plenty of sun.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The first thing you'll notice is the unique floorplan and Craftsman architecture. It just flows so well, and you'll never see another like it!

What's really cool is that the large rough cut beams were milled at Moore Mill - the largest local mill in its day, but no longer around. If you look closely, you can see how the saws spiraled to make the cuts - pretty neat local history.

We love the upstairs too. The whole upstairs is the Master Retreat. it's about 900 square feet of oversized master bedroom - we love it! The 18' high sloping ceiling is amazing.

This house lets everyone socialize in a 'Great Room'-type setting, yet is large enough that you have plenty of space and never feel cramped. When people walk in, they say WOW! ..... just like we do :)
