Spend afternoons lounging poolside in the comfort of your enclosed backyard! After you take a dip in the home's private pool, fire up the gas grill for a cookout. In the evenings, watch the stars come out while you relax beside the gas firepit. Inside, an open layout makes it easy for your whole group to unwind together. Stretch out on the sectional in the living area and watch favorite TV shows. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Grab a seat at the kitchen bar or at one of the two dining tables. High-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer provide added convenience.

When you're ready to venture out and explore, book a tee time at one of the nearby golf courses or hike along one of the area's scenic hiking trails. You're also in close proximity to spring training games at Camelback Ranch - Glendale and live music at the Ak-Chin Pavilion.

The house was comfortable, and in a great location for our planned activities. Kitchen could use a pizza pan. It would be nice to have a heated pool as the temperatures over the winter were not warm enough to warm up the pool to make it usable.

House was roomy and clean. Good for our family to be together. It was near a lot of activities to do. We had a problem with the internet they were not able to resolve.Which was unfortunate as we had an elderly relative who couldn’t do outdoor activities and had no internet for Olympics, streaming or news. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Very nice, clean and beautiful home. Unfortunately we could not use the fire pit nor grill. Management explained they would visit the property but no one came. Beautiful stay.

Most everything was great. Location was great. Close enough but not too far from the Phoenix Open. It was Roomy. It was super clean and had plenty of the basic household supplies. The backyard and pool were also very clean and very inviting. The comfort of the beds, couch and other seats needs improvement. Also, the window in the first bedroom on the left does not close completely and lets in too much noise. There were a couple of needed improvements .

Nice Stay in Quiet Location

The location was really nice and close to everything. The home was nice and the king size bed was very comfortable. The pool was inviting, but the weather didn’t really permit for me to have time to enjoy it to the fullest. The kitchen was lovely design, but missing a few touches like sugar and it would be helpful to have a garage door opener as to not having to go in and out of the front door while pulling the car in and out of the garage and having to close it again manuallybefore I leave,but I would certainly stay here again!

Deer Valley AZ home

This home had everything we needed for our stay. It was VERY clean and comfortable. It was close to everything we were there to do. We had a small issue with the pool and the response from the rental company and the owner were very fast and it was taken care of immediately. We enjoyed the pool every day! I would rate it higher than 5 stars compared to others I have rented.

Nice, clean, quiet.

All good. Comfortable king bed. Quiet neighborhood. Microwave wasn’t working and a cork screw would have been helpful. Also a bit weird there were no laundry machines. Overall four stars.

Nice

Clean, comfortable, nice furnishings, near stores and restaurants, and access to freeways. Quiet between bedrooms and main living space. For our purposes centralized location to go east to visit friends in Scottsdale and west to visit family in Surprise, and preseason baseball in Peoria. Did not use pool.

Not the cleanist place ive stayed in

We got greeted by a dead cockroach by the back door. Floors werent mopped. Pool was dirty. Lots of weeds in the front yard. And no grass in the back yard like the picture shows. But it wasnt a horrible place to stay. Plenty of room for our family. Once we got the pool cleaned it was a nice pool. We had alot of fun in it. Close to the places we were planning on going to. I feel like the price was over all to high after all the fees.

Great stay

I was in phoenix for a work conference and brought the family along. The house was perfect for us. Well kept. Great amenities. A great outdoor space. We would definitely stay again. We had one minor inconvenience checking in. The door code did not fit/work for the key box. A call to the number provided was answered efficiently. I would not mention it but out flight was a late arrival and it was late. Just to help out for future guests.

Good once we got in

Overall property was nice. However a few things can be improved. We arrived very late in the night and were sent a 10 digit code to get into the home. There were two lock boxes with keys and BOTH take 4 digit codes. It was very concerning to call a 1800 # after midnight and be on hold for 20 minutes. Waiting for an answer but we finally got in. I had emailed earlier to make sure this would not happen and no response. Kitchen should be more styled with coffee cups that hold heat like mugs. There was so little salt that we ran out while we were there. Little notes left that say where your laundry room is would be nice. It was hard to find. Also notes as to whether there is a garage code. Little things like this would make it much nicer.
