Great Views

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We liked the layout and really appreciated the views of the Catalina Mountains. We were able to walk to Ventana Canyon trailhead as well as the resort. Would definitely recommend to others!

The condo was nice. Beds were comfortable, it had nice space, and the Canyon View community was the best place we have stayed in multiple visits to Tucson area. heated pools were great, clubhouse and workout areas good and the grills were good for our use as well. Having the Ventana Canyon Trail right at the property was really good for us as we love to hike the area. Plus close to Sabino Canyon and Iris Dewhirst hiking areas. The condo had most amenities we needed but there were no sheets for the pullout couch and there was no dish towel in kitchen. They brought those over the day we called so we had them for the rest of our stay. The porch light was on all night and shined through the windows of that bedroom and the condo is close to the road so road noise at night was noticeable but not overwhelming. Furniture was OK but somewhat uncomfortable for sitting. Patio furniture was nice and it was great to sit there and enjoy the views and sun.I would stay here again on another visit to Tucson

Great stay

Very clean and well appointed. Comfy beds, great views and great location. Tennis/pickleball court and fitness center available. Gate to Ventana Canyon trail for easy access. Located in foothills close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Great Location. Great space.

Two of us stayed at the condo for a week. The location was great. The Ventana Canyon trial is directly behind the complex. There are two pool areas. The unit was very clean. The unit is on the main road but it had great views over the valley and to the mountains. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great place

The place was great, very clean and great location. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t work, we called customer service and we were told someone would be there the next day and nobody showed up.

Great Short Stay Apt

We used this apartment as one of our many stops around the AZ national parks. The apartment has all of the basics covered and was a comfortable stay. The views were pretty of the mountains nearby. My only feedback would be to give clearer directions of where the trash/recycling is held as I dug through emails from the building to find that information.

Catalina Foothills gem

This was a great property located in the beautiful Catalina foothills. We loved the easy access to so many beautiful outdoor locations and activities. The unit was clean, well equipped and bright. We would stay again. Our only issue was the lack of network television access.

Perfect stay

Beautiful, quiet and safe area. Covered reserved parking right in front of the entrance. Interior is new, nicely decorated . 5/5 clean. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. A very delightful stay. The only negative is there some road noise in the king bedroom from the local traffic. A mild irritation during busy hours. No issue at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Veteran’s Day Get-Away

The condo is very nicely decorated. But unfortunately there were some things that did not work. The kitchen sink was draining slowly/plug, the garbage disposal did not work, the dishwasher did not work (had a dead cockroach inside), cleanliness needed as there was food snacks under the bed.

Great unit

This unit is very nice. It was difficult to find, for future renters I recommend including the building number on the address. When there was an electrical issue, Vacasa responded expediently, much better service than when they were not run by Expedia/VRBO. Enjoying the unit completely. Thank you, Tina

Nice home poorly managed by Vacasa

This is a really nice 2 bedroom condo, thoughtfully furnished, outstanding location and immaculately clean. Our “poor” rating is strictly with the mgmt company Vacasa. The condo is marketed as having a nice fitness facility, spa and tennis court, this is not true. Also a bit annoyed with absence of any basic hospitality by management. As examples there were 2 types of coffee machine but no starter packs of coffee, tea or amenities. There was no guest or welcome guide in the unit with a property map or device instructions, and the living room tv had a remote with the batteries out and laying beside it. (The previous guest likely hoped management would resolve). Again the owners created a very nice little property, worth a visit, just a little misleading and inattentive by managment.

Tucson 2024

This is the third time we have stayed at Canyon view. The unit was very nice with plenty of sunshine and views of the mountains. The only problem had to do with entertainment, specifically the TVs. We could only get the LG or Samsung channel lineup, which included no live sports, no national news, and not even PBS. available channels had mostly old movies and nothing of any interest to us I tried to install my streaming service from home, but this was unsuccessful. We had to watch TV on my laptop computer. I called the local representative, who told me all we could do is watch Netflix, which we don’t subscribe to, so the entertainment package was a bust. This is the first time we’ve had that problem.
