Perched in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this deluxe Palm Springs retreat offers luxury accommodations for a group of friends or the whole family (and any family dogs) to enjoy! With natural privacy provided by the surrounding greenery, the backyard will be your own oasis boasting a large pool perfect for floating the day away and a spa to soak in as the stars come out. With lounge chairs outside and outdoor dining for six, it's a perfect setting for dining at sunset or enjoying a barbecue with family and friends. Step inside, and the expansive, open style of this modern living area will charm each guest with a 65-inch flatscreen TV and a romantic fireplace. The porcelain floors are absolutely stunning and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to entertain family and friends. Whether it's cocktails and friends, or dinner with family, the dining area is perfectly set up for six with gorgeous views of the outside pool area and the mountain beyond.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Located just south of downtown Palm Springs and convenient to restaurants, shopping, golf, and other Palm Springs attractions, there will be no dull days on this vacation. Start each day with a morning hike at Tahquitz Canyon (one mile west) or simply walk over to Koffi South Palm Springs for a fresh cup of coffee. If you don't feel like cooking, this city is known for its delicious restaurants, so don't hesitate to venture out and grab a bite to eat along the famed Palm Canyon Drive. Plus, the design lovers will be in paradise knowing that stunning mid-century and celebrity homes abound in each neighborhood!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

The house and property were better than anticipated. The pool and spa were clean and ready to go. The home was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. The location is wonderful- walked to several restaurants and bars.

Really relaxing stay in Palm Springs . The neighborhood was so peaceful to walk the dogs & kiddies on the early morning . Amazing view of the mountains from the pool. We had the pool heated for our Xmas getaway & it was perfect ! The pool is giant and the entire outdoor area is perfect for an all day hang . Super close to a great hiking area with a water fall . This is our second Vacasa managed Vrbo and as always super attentive and helpful. Would stay here again . Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful outdoor spaces in the front of the house as well . We will be back

Location was great, views great, privacy great, house was clean, very comfortable, well stocked. Loved the layout of the house, yard and pool. Felt very much at home. Unfortunately pool heater was not working. When I booked I was assured pool/spa were available for our use, then they weren’t. We used the pool without heat, very limitedly, never used the hot tub. Initially spotty communication with Vacasa regarding repairs. Good attempts were made to rectify problem regarding pool heater and gas leak, but not successful. The place was overall wonderful. Would book again only if pool and spa were functional.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The pool was perfect (not too deep, not too shallow, and as big as the picture made it look). There is shade in the back, so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. We really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come again!

The home, location, view and backyard is wonderful. However, there isn’t much privacy with cameras in the front, back and side of the house.

The pool and hot tub were amazing! Plenty of pool towels and dishes that were useable outside! We loved having a washer and dryer and it was great to be able to pull the car into the cool garage! Beds were comfortable and we loved not having to pack shampoo, soap, etc! Everything was provided. Excellent accommodations!

This house is on a quiet corner, beautiful clean pool, with nice chairs and floaters. Lots of sitting room around the pool. Hot tub great too. Large bedrooms. Master bedroom was great. Great tv's in each bedroom. Kitchen convent, had everything. Great air conditiong. Close to a large Market

Beautiful pool and yard.

This is a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. However the white tile floors are cold and very slippery when wet. Modern furnishings. Dirty white couch. The kitchen is well equipted. The pool heater did not work the first three days and the pool was dirty after a windstorm, the day before we arrived, and stayed that way for several days.

Disappointed

Our vacation house that we found on VRBO was actually a property managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals….and weren’t notified of that until after we paid. Stay away from any Vacasa managed property and shame on VRBO for being complicit.

Not our best stay

Overall, the house was ok. The dishwasher did not work (it had a note on it), no hot water in the kitchen sink. Heated water on the stove for dishes. Had questions after checking in, received no response from management company. We had ducks swimming in the pool and spa. They had a nest in the planter. The pool and spa both unusable as it became a duck bathing and bathroom area. Not our best stay in Palm Springs.

The Perfect Getaway

The house was great and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet, far enough out of town but close to everything you need. (Food/Coffee/shopping/etc) pet friendly and the backyard feels very private and secluded. It was exactly what I was looking for to get out of LA for a few days and just sit by a pool with my family.

Not quite what we were expecting

Location was awesome - super quick to get to town, grocery stores, and much more. The Apple TV setup was also nice to see on all the TVs as we cord cutters as well so liked seeing a similar setup

Almost perfect

It was lovely except for two things. First, never could get hot water in the master bathroom sink. Second, noticed two depressions in the lawn on the Sagebrush side of the house--hope that those are not potential septic issues.
