Guaranteed bad experience. Worst VRBO experience ever. Had tons of issues, no one did anything about them Sent half our trip trying to get resolution.

This was just as described. We came into town for Wedding. It was close to everything. Grocery is 5Min away, Botanical Gardens 8 min ( where the wedding venue was) Top golf about 15 min, shopping is close as well. All around perfect location for our stay.

Great little getaway!

We enjoyed our time. The beds were super comfy and the pool was amazing. The only negatives were some of the lights didn't work and we didn't have a code to use on the indoor garage door, so we had to walk around each time. Overall, it was a great experience!

Our check in was poorly communicated with the host CasaGo. We weren’t given access to the property until I left voicemails and text messages. I had to upload a photo ID the 4 hours before our check in. I paid in full a month before our booking. It wasn’t until 1 1/2 hours before our scheduled check in time when I finally received a code.The listing is false indicating the use of a pool and hot tub. Both were closed the whole week we were there without us being notified. I asked the host CasaGo why we weren’t notified and they told me they didn’t know the pool was closed. We talked to condo owners on the property who told us that the pool has been closed for weeks. They told us they felt bad for people who expected to use the pool. Had we known this we would’ve booked another place. I took pictures of the drained pool and hot tub to send to VRBO support after I talked to a VRBO support member who requested photos. I spent a lot of time on the phone, and sending emails during my vacation to understand why this happened. I haven’t received an answer and I feel we should be compensated fairly. The condo we stayed at had matted dirty looking carpeting, and the place also needs to be painted. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Overall the property is in a great location and we enjoyed the park trail close by. It’s close to the airport. Very convenient that it’s also close to Old Town Scottsdale. Would stay at the property again but in a different condo.

I stayed in this condo for 7 nights. The upstairs A/C worked for the last 2 nights. I contacted the Trip Manager after night #2 and moved to the main floor bedroom. The temp upstairs was 82° +. I was told via text from Trip Manager that I would be contacted by a local person/company to fix the A/C. No one contacted me. On night 6 the upstairs A/C started working. Odd to say the least. There were bugs in the upstairs bathroom, on the counter and behind the door. The main floor patio door was unlocked upon arrival, the front door needed an odd, unfamiliar 10 digit entry code to get into the condo every time and the Arizona door was missing the entire lock mechanism. Definitely room for improvement for safety and security.

As for the patio door and 10-digit code, we also apologize that this caused some alarm concerning security. We have informed the owner about the door and have it scheduled for repair. As for the code, this is a security feature to prevent non-guest members from entering the property, and each guest is given a unique code for each booking; however, we do realize the length and process for access can be a little tricky upon arrival. We value your feedback, as it enables us to enhance our services and ensure that future guests have a satisfactory experience. We hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you. We assure you that the issues you encountered do not reflect the quality of service we strive to provide. This condo was clean but could benefit from a good scrub like the baseboards, walls and some doors. The upstairs A/C was not cooling the upstairs for 5 nights with the interior temperature upstairs at 82 or higher. I contacted Vacasa Trip Manager on day 2. I was told they would need to contact local staff to come check the A/C unit. On day 6 the A/C began cooling the upstairs although no one had contacted me and noone arrived to repair the A/C unit. The thermostats are new technology and perhaps accessible remotely however someone should have been in contact with me. Also, upon arrival the main floor patio door was unlocked, the front door needed a random, unfamiliar 10 digit code to gain entry every time and the Arizona door latch was gone so there was no way to lock the Arizona door. This is a safety and security issue.

The A/C situation should have been handled more promptly and communicated more clearly, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait several days without an update. While the thermostats may be adjusted remotely, guests should absolutely be kept informed, and we apologize that this did not happen.
