Welcome to The Pearl of Scottsdale, your own private, golf course retreat located in Old Town Scottsdale!

This centrally located condo is in a great part of town.
- 5 min walk to a grocery store & drugstore
- 15 min walk to Old Town Scottsdale entertainment and attractions.
- 3 min drive to Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants)

The community offers many great features that renters will have access to, including two heated community pools w/ spas, a fitness center, an aerobics room, and a community movie theatre.

The complex backs up to The Continental Golf Course which offers inexpensive tee times for a quick golf day. Take in the Arizona sunshine and enjoy a walk along the 13 mile stretch of the Hayden Green Belt.

This is a first-floor unit and is single-level with a large private patio with a retractable sunshade. The master bedroom has a king bed, six drawer dresser, and a spacious closet. The living room has a comfy sofa, accent chair, workspace desk with chair, and 55' smart TV with Roku OS.

Perfect for extended stay

This place has it all! Great location, beautiful place that has everything that you could need for an extended stay! The complex has pool, gym and BBQ. The location is also close to great walking paths, golf and Old Town Scottsdale. The owners very amazing and easy to work with, they even took the time to call to see if I had any needs during my stay.

Awesome place!

I came here with my fiancĆ© and our one year old. It was perfect. Would recommend staying here! Very clean and they provide you with everything youā€™ll need! They even bought wipes and baby shampoo for my daughter and i thought that was so sweet!

Winter getaway

The condo was a great location for all our needs - close to Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Botanical Garden, hiking, Harkin theaters, etc. The condo was very well appointed. The hosts tried to think of all our needs from plush towels to snack bags. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This Condo was just as pictured, was perfect for me and my husband. The location is ideal with wonderful paved walking/bike trails surrounding this property, close to everything, including golf my husband just had to walk down the block to the clubhouse to get on the course this property sits on. Will stay here again as it is a true gem!

Great Long-Term Rental

My daughter needed a place to stay for internship in Scottsdale and this condo was perfect. I visited her and found the unit clean and comfortable, and it had those nice extras in the kitchen like spices, oils, cleaning products, etc. The complex has covered parking and a pool which was a must during the hot summer months. Christopher, the owner, provided great communication and recommendations for area attractions. If I'm ever back in Scottsdale I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Location! Super Nice Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Carlyn's Condo! The location can't be beat. It is very walkable to old town, golfing & the long walking paths all along Scottsdale. The unit is very spacious & CLEAN! The owners provided every amenity you can imagine. We felt very at home and relaxed. The complex is quiet and well kept....especially the pool and the workout gym. We plan to return! Thanks for an exceptional stay!

Solo Trip

Iā€™m in AZ for 2 weeks so first leg of my trip was spent along in Scottsdale before linking up with family & friends. The space is exactly as described, very clean - immaculate. Everything you needed was there - even a work space that I didnā€™t need until I arrived. It was great! The decor was lovely - Iā€™m going to take their design ideas & try to mirror in my own home. Overall a wonderful stay, very friendly and communicative hosts. I would have extended my stay if I could. It definitely felt like home!

Great location for Old Town access

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks recently. The condo was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a wonderful binder with all the information we needed for the condo and the surrounding area. Chris was a wonderful host and was attentive to any questions we had. The location of the condo is perfect for access to Old Town and central Scottsdale. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shops within easy walking distance. The condo is right on the greenway paths and is so convenient for walking, running and biking. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice stay on Scottsdale.

Wonderful place

This was a great place! One of the top 3 we've stayed at. Really well-equipped, comfortable, quiet, and extremely convenient. Great for a couple or a single. Chris is extremely responsive; the minor issue we had was resolved right away, very successfully, and he checked in to make sure everything was working properly. Guest book Is very thorough. And, unlike most places we've stayed, the kitchen knives were actually sharp and didn't leave us feeling we wished we had brought our own. Location is great for access, either by car or walking. I went out for a run/walk nearly every day and we used the gym & hot tub. Have already recommended it to other members of my family.

Great Find

This place is in a great location if you want to access the greenway to walk or bike to parks or other activities. The golf course right behind the complex is always busy and fun to watch. The pool was nice. The condo was well appointed and quiet. Our one and only "complaint" is that we wished we could have gotten a little hotter water out of the shower. It also might be useful for some potential renters to know that the parking is a little bit of a walk. Certainly nothing too bad, but if someone had some limitations, it could be an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Yes! Stay here!

This was an A+ experience. Everything looked and felt brand new- towels, furniture, kitchen. Very well stocked with paper towels, detergents. Had a question about the door lock and owner came over to help in a few minutes. Wow! In response to other reviews, the shower was nice and hot and itā€™s a 2 minute walk from parking lot. Location ideal for trips to Salt River Canyon, botanical gardens, Apache Trail, petroglyphs, museums. Old Town is a must do. We often brought takeout food back to the condo because reservations had to be made several days ahead. Our home away from home was a perfect escape. This is a pearl in Scottsdaleā€™s crown.

Great place!

I originally chose this place based on location and price. It was five minutes from everything and the price was right. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the unit was quite spacious and most everything I needed that I had forgotten at home was provided. I didnā€™t have to make a trip to the store for laundry supplies, toiletries or even decaf coffee! It was super clean and had all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, tons of TV/movie options, and washer/dryer. The little patio off the living room was perfect for the (relatively) cooler mornings to sit and have coffee. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I did not have an opportunity to use all of the amenities like the pool but again, everything looked clean and well cared for. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to this area.

Relocation Transition

The stay at Pearl of Scottsdale Old Town was much more than expected. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional and the check -in process was seamless and easy. The property is well appointed with all the basics needed, and then some. The property owner is open and responsive to communication. Location, location, location. The property is centrally located near a multi-use beltline that spans for miles. The Continental Golf Course is directly behind the property. We walked into Old Town Scottsdale several times for a meal at one of the multiple restaurants which are only 1.5 miles away. To sum it all up, we had a great experience at this property and would definitely recommend it to family, friends or anyone looking for a great place to stay. Dalia & Joseph

Fantastic location and an overall great stay!

This was my first stay in Scottsdale, and it was wonderful! The condo was well stocked and in the perfect location. There is a very nice walking path next to the property, running along an executive golf course and small lake. A grocery store, Walgreens, and gas station are located across the street. You can either walk to the heart of Old Town, or drive and be there in roughly 3-5 minutes. The condo was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub are nice with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. I was alone more than half of the trip, and I felt very safe in this area. If you bring your own vehicle, there is a designated parking space. The only thing I would have liked is if the unit had a chair or sofa that reclined, just because I like to kick up my feet when relaxing, working on my laptop, or watching TV. Overall, GREAT visit and I would definitely recommend!!!

Bright, clean, incredibly well stocked.

Very nice! New, bright and clean. All supplies provided. Very helpful!! Comfortable king sized bed and nice shower. All you need in the kitchen. The patio was very hot in the afternoon due to direct sun and walls. Probably only an issue when itā€™s 85+. It would probably be welcome in the winter months! The parking was a bit far from the condo which was fine except for the unloading and loading due to us bringing lots because of the lengths of our stay. Not a huge deal. Nice pool. On the greenway to easy to walk or bike right from you condo.
