You have found the perfect place to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. The Lighthouse is located .7 miles from Gulf State Park and offers one of the best amenity packages on the beach! Offering a zero entry pool, a second over sized outdoor pool, an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna.
This beautiful, 3rd floor condo, has 1 bedroom plus a bunkroom and is setup to sleep 7 guests with a king bed in the bedroom, a twin over double bunk in the bunkroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The living room offers direct balcony access with a wonderful view, sleeper sofa and wall mounted Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers breakfast bar seating for 4 and a beautiful view of the beach!
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, wall mounted TV Ceiling fan, direct balcony access, en-suite bathroom, a double vanity sink, dressing area, a spacious walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The Bunkroom has a double bed with a twin bunk above it and is only a few steps from the second bath. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV in here as well!
There is a washer and dryer in the unit, so you don't have to worry about running out of clean clothes while you are here!
Parking: The Lighthouse requires a parking pass to be purchased onsite for each vehicle. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles. Passes must be purchased upon arrival in the 2nd floor management office. Parking passes are $50 each (subject to change upon the HOA's discretion). Included in the price of a parking pass you will be issued wrist bands for each member of your party that must be worn at all times while using the Lighthouse amenities. The parking passes are good for the duration of the stay. Parking is available on the third floor - so convenient because there is no waiting for elevators, just walk right inside.
Beach Service: Perdido Beach Service operates right in front of Lighthouse. They recently began offering online reservations for Lighthouse guests. There is an information sheet posted at the front desk for guests to view when parking passes are picked up. You can also book online. Perdido Beach Service also rents watersports equipment.

**Important Procedures and Policies:**
*** Cancellation Policy*** In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.
* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.
* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.
* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.
* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
Starter Supplies Provided: • TP (1 per bathroom) • Paper towels (1 roll) • Hand soap • Trash bags (1 per can) • 1 dishwasher pod • 1 laundry detergent pod
Smoking only permitted in designated smoking areas
Guest must fill out and esign a rental agreement. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.
State ID required in rental Agreement. Guests must provide a credit card to place a security deposit hold on to cover any damages or other charges.

Great for our weekend getaway. We love being near everything, beach access, and pools! Clean home, nice accommodations. No complaints.

Fantastic!!!
This condo was awesome!! Clean, convenient and right on the beach. The balcony faces the ocean so you can watch the waves, sight dolphins or just listen to the ocean. It is in a great location near parasailing, charters and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about this condo and its owner, Terry. His communication was quick and he was able to take care of things quickly. We will go back!!
