• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.
• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage, and driveway. Street parking is not allowed. We offer an EV charging station for your convenience (Juice Box Level 2 & 220v Charge Port).
• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (400+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 1 designated workspace w/ 1 monitor in 1 of the bedrooms.
• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a crib, and a highchair available on-site.
• PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we would be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.

Other things to note
• There is a railroad behind the home; we provide white noise machines and earplugs for guests with sensitive ears.
• Please note that though the listing shows 7 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The 2 “single beds” are 2 twin-size foldable beds, and there is 1 queen-size sofa bed, and 1 crib.
• Guests can hire a private hibachi chef for their stay, but the outdoor space may be tight for the setup.
• We own another property on the same street. Have more than our 12 guest max? You can also book that to sleep up to 32 guests!
• For the hot tubs, the maximum temperature is 104°F. Guests are advised to use the control panel and keep the covers on when not in use to retain heat and maintain cleanliness.
• If a toilet is not flushing, try holding the lever down to see if it activates the flush mechanism.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
• This property includes a pool/hot tub outside. Please understand that since the pool/hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool/hot tub. Rest assured that we do pool/hot tub maintenance twice per week and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool/hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool/hot tub maintenance team will visit twice per week to clean the pool/hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool/hot tub remains in great condition for you and future guests.
• To ensure proper pool maintenance, please do not turn off the outdoor hose bib/tap, as it controls the automatic pool water filler. If the valve is closed, guests may be responsible for any resulting damage to the pool equipment and additional cleaning costs.
