With only three suites and two vacation apartments available, Villa Sawallisch is the ideal place for anyone seeking peace, relaxation, and nature. Numerous antiques, a spacious library, and many paintings and mementos contribute to the incomparable atmosphere of Villa Sawallisch. Music lovers will appreciate the palpable connection to the great conductor.Throughout the four-hectare park, which is open to all guests, forest paths lead to tranquil spots, such as a small monopteros on a hill or an idyllic seating area by the pond. Everywhere, you can feel the peace, seclusion, nature, and spaciousness. And right at the west entrance to the Villa Sawallisch park is a small, natural swimming lake! From the park, hiking trails lead to wonderful alpine huts and mountain peaks, such as the Kampenwand or the Hochplatte.The town of Grassau, with all its shopping options, restaurants, and cafes, is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br> In the “Brahms” apartment, which accommodates up to 5 people, you’ll find peace, coziness, and, of course, a unique, comfortable atmosphere. The rooms feature single beds, comfortable seating, and a large bathroom. A magnificent view over Grassau, the idyllic park grounds, and the mountains invites you to let your senses wander and allows you to unwind on the especially large terrace. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. An extra bed for children is provided free of charge; for adults, it costs 20 EUR per day.<br> Lake Chiemsee is a 15-minute drive away.
