We’d like to warmly welcome our guests to our vacation rental, “Zur Alten Böttcherei.” With a great deal of love and enthusiasm, we’ve transformed an old outbuilding into a 45-square-meter vacation rental. It’s located on the first floor and can be reached separately and conveniently via an outdoor staircase leading to a balcony. The apartment features a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. To ensure our guests feel especially at home, we’ve used sustainable, high-quality building materials and furnishings, creating what we believe is a harmonious blend of existing architectural elements—some of which are a century old—and modern technology and materials. The walls are finished with clay plaster and painted with hypoallergenic paint. Wall-mounted or underfloor heating is available for year-round rental. The flooring in the living room and bedroom consists of solid pine planks sourced locally, while the bathroom features high-quality tilework.

Vacation Rental:

The 45-square-meter vacation rental is located on the first floor and can be reached separately and conveniently via an outdoor staircase leading to a balcony. The apartment features a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. To ensure our guests feel especially at home, we’ve used sustainable, high-quality building materials and furnishings, creating what we believe is a great blend of existing architectural elements—some dating back a century—and modern technology and materials. The walls are finished with clay plaster and painted with allergy-friendly paint. Wall or floor heating is available for year-round occupancy. The flooring in the living room and bedroom consists of local solid pine planks, and the bathroom features high-quality tilework. All lighting is equipped with energy-efficient LED bulbs. The furniture in the bedroom and living room is made of FSC-certified solid wood. The beds in the bedroom are 90x220 (extra-long) and equipped with two mattresses of different firmness levels. Bed linens are provided. The cabinets are in a country-house style.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen table is a rustic counter with four bar stools, two of which are for children. In the center of the living room is a cozy couch that can be converted into a sleeper sofa (160x200) if needed. From here, guests can enjoy a view of the greenery through a large window. The living room also features a flat-screen TV, a Dolby Surround sound system, a radio, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway via a small step. The bathroom (with a window) has a walk-in clear-glass shower, a toilet, and a sink. A hair dryer and towels are provided. The sun provides hot water and heating—as we all know, it shines here for up to 1,300 hours a year. The apartment also includes a rustic garden of approximately 80 m² on the landlord’s property, complete with a grill and patio furniture, as well as a separate parking space.



Check-in is available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
