I am only recommending this stay if you are a retired couple bringing a few of your retirement friends. This was a very unwelcoming experience for myself and everyone in my party. It states there is easy access for boating and fishing. That is not true. There is the lake across the road, however we were informed by the retired community we should not use those docks and go elsewhere to put our boat in, we did anyway since the pictures explained differently. There is no picnic area by the lake and definitely not safe for our children, so if your bringing your truck, trailer with your boat, I dont recommend this place because there is no where to park it by the house, there is a nice gravel driveway along the side of the house thinking that would be parking for the boat, nope we were told we cannot park there due to that being the neighbors property. No signs posted anywhere where we can park since we brought multiple vehicles Had to park down by the lake and walk back to the property, thats right to the spot where you cannot put your boat in...The house was small but cute.It states there is a dishwasher however I used it and it flooded the kitchen due to it not draining properly, on my hands and knees cleaning up water and had to handwash everything There was either burst of hot Water or no hot water all day.We had to go buy a grill to use, the grill there had no hookups, no garbage bins. No bonfires, the community is in bed by 8 pm Neighbors made the stay uncomfortable.
