It is located just about 10 meters from the beach.<br><br>The living room features a couch, a fireplace, a large swivel LCD TV with a PC connection, and a DVD player. The modern, cozy dining area seats 4 people. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace—furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair—and into the adjacent garden. Here, you can enjoy your coffee while keeping an eye on the kids as they play. (Partial lake view!)<br><br>The vacation rental’s high-quality kitchenette is partially separated from the living room and features a dishwasher, a stove with oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an extra-wide range hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and much more.<br><br>The large bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and the small bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). You can access a second terrace from both bedrooms. Here, too, you can enjoy the partial lake view.
